I don’t recommend this company. They sent me somebody else’s certificate.
I completed this long and boring course and then had to wait by snail to get my certificate. Not sure why they just couldn’t upload it and send it to me through email. my insurance is having me upload the certificate so why can’t this company do it? I got my certificate in the mail. It was addressed to the correct name & address and when I opened it up, somebody else’s certificate was inside the envelope. Seriously, how hard is it to get the right certificate into the right envelope? Somebody is not doing their job. The chat bot was unhelpful and was just like oh well this sometimes happens but Give me all of your information again and I’ll put it in a request. they have my information so they don’t need to ask me again. I now I have to wait to call them on Monday because they’re closed already and they don’t work weekends.
All this to try to save a few bucks on my insurance…..um, NO thanks I will not recommend this company and I will not be taking any more courses from them. I don’t appreciate having sensitive information sent out to the wrong hands.
