Nice lights, but the remotes are rubbish!... Plastic stays compressed so it keeps the it signal firing and wastes the 3x AAA batteries in now time, then eventually the plastic button falls off and so you can't use that button... There is a reason that almost all tv remote buttons are made of rubber or hard plastic, because it's durable. These remotes are hopeless and ruins what's otherwise a pretty good product.

Idual remote control problems
Great lights...... but after 2 weeks my problems started.
I bought two sets of downlights so have two remote controls which means I have one as a back.
- After two weeks the first problem occurred whereby one of the lights in one of the sets shines much dimmer than the other three.
- Literally after a month the remote control started playing up, the buttons are starting to stay depressed and now even using the backup remote control I have problems switching on on and controlling the lights even from close range.
Also I find the lack of an app in this instance very frustrating .
I sent an email Idual customer support and never got response .
