Terrible experience! Scammers!
What a terrible experience! I was denied the opportunity to take the test because I brought my Government ID instead of my passport. When I asked for a transfer to a different date, they refused and didn’t refund my money. Instead, they demanded I pay another £207 to take the test. Complete scammers!
Thankfully, I disputed the transaction with my Revolut bank, and they helped me win the case, so I got my refund. I urge everyone to be cautious and always pay through a bank that can dispute the charge if you don’t receive the service you paid for.
