It is a bit unclear on the options i have choosing the type of car insurance. Was assisted by customer service though.

excellent process for claims, fully digital and automated without unnecessary admin on customer part. Was extremely happy how simple and efficient they made it

Recently I had to fix a leaking bathroom tap, and there is an option called "självrisk" (self-risk).
My friend told me that the difference should be reimbursed.
But If specialist called and started speculation (age of the tap, date of
bathroom building, what plumber said etc). Actually to get this reimbursement you should be an owner of the apartment for ~20 years having known everything.
I have got a terrible experience with If... and will find another insurance company that hold agreement.

Terrible service almost insult me, they tried to steal my bike, I pay special insurance and for luck, only the small parts were damaged, and the stolen torch and valve cap were small things the attendant sent me an email asking if I am really sure the costs from small things stolen or broken. I have sent the list of the parts from the site, imagine if was stolen the bike, next year I will review another insurance company with better service.

I contacted IF försäkring to see what insurance I can get since as a member of Sveriges Ingenjorer and the terms were beneficial for me. Its not the cheapest insurance on the market but the advertised packet value is better compared with the cheaper companies.

They were easy to reach when I was in a need of more information for the insurance, what is included etc, hopefully it will be the same case if I ever need to use the policy I bought.

The system is easy to fulfill and the contact person is polite, it is positive.
Although, they asked thing a bit weird.
In my case, it was my bicycle equipments that were stollen (frame bags, lights, pump, ...).
So, from the beggining they asked receipts for those things. I don't know who should store receipts for this kind of thing. it is not like receipt of the bicycle itself.
Second, the insurance deduction is the same for small burglary than for a high cost component. So the deduction stollen almost all the reimbursement. New policies could be written on this one.

IF did not re-embers me for my monitor damage due to lack of receipt.

It was super easy to reach out. I had my ceiling damaged and been paid in a week or two to repair it!

This is the second & unfortunate time I need to claim compensation for the theft of a bicycle. In both cases, I was compensated rapidly & efficiently. I would simply add that being a non-Swedish speaker, filling-in the online application was not the easiest part and if I had any recommendation to highlight, it would be to make that form also accessible in English.

Inexpensive insurance, but has offered a good service so far. I have insured all my vehicles and home with them. Communication with them works quite smoothly (in Swedish).

Perfect! No complicated procedures, easy aplication process and pyment in 5 days.

Otur insurance - that says "losses due to unforeseen circumstances will be covered" but i lost a drone which was never covered. This information about drones is really hidden on website and not really visible when you are buying insurance. The case officers will do everything in their power to not give you the money but you have to pay extra every month!!
My Monitor broke - i checked insurance - i got paid 200 for a 7500 SEK monitor which was 3 years old - how is that even fair? ...
- My advice - avoid them at all cost ! - iam currently researching for better insurance and will switch immediately.

Somebody stole my electric scooter and if insurance denied stating that they don't cover electric scooter which goes above 20kmph. And I immediately wanted to cancel my subscription they said I have been locked for 1 year and cannot cancel it. It feels like a scam do not buy if insurance they are very bad. Instead I would recommend hedvig they are so far better than if insurance.
