Recieved what I purchased,in good condition and awesome timing! Thanx!

Fitness bike is awesome! Easy enough to put together and rides super smooth. Been using it a couple times a week. Loving it!

I looked for a weight belt on the website, I had my measurement but there were no size fits listed on the site,so I ordered the X-large black leather belt and when it was delivered I find it to be way to small to fit my 41" measurement. I would have never placed the order had I known they extra large belt would not fit my frame.

IFAST Fitness I purchased two sets of I fast quick-lock adjustable kettlebell handles 50lbs. The description is very clear. I was only sent two sets of plates with no way to use them. I brought this to your attention via email and since they have changed the website descriptions but have offered no resolution.

I would like the company to honor what I purchased. I should be sent two handles with screws. Why would any client purchase something they have no way of using? I'm hoping a manager or someone who cares about the company will see this and make it right. I was misled by this description and simply updating the website is not a resolution for me and does not change the fact in stuck with plates I can't use. #frustrated

In addition, I ordered 50lbs hex plates times two=100lbs. I only received 60lbs of plates in total.

I need the company to honor what I ordered and send all the missing pieces including 8 hex plates, 2 hex handles, & 2 screws.

Please forward this to a manager or CEO.

Misleading deceptive marketing is no way to do business and offering no solutions is ridiculous.

This only continues to get worse and worse. The company refused to honor what I purchased and refused to send me shipping labels to return the items. They kept telling me I had to pay to return them. With my hand forced I decided to bite the bullet and pay close to $70 to ship from TX to CA just to never have to deal with this deceitful company. I sent the items via FedEx on July 14th. They were delivered and signed for on July 17th at 2:40 PM and they still have not processed my refund. Today is now August 15th and the company is telling me they can’t find the returns meaning they lost them since it was signed for. The company lacks honesty, and integrity, and is willing to steal from a consumer. Absolute nightmare. Never have I been treated this poorly just asking for what I purchased initially. Do not buy from this company. I have several emails with short responses lack of caring and simply never willing to own up to the mistake they made on the website. Do not buy! Do not trust! On August 6 I received a text message from the company promising to refund and now they are saying they lost it. This is another mistake by the company!!! CEO why do you allow this??Manager!!!

O eventually just began to ask for a return label and they would not provide it to me after asking many times. I decided to just bite the bullet since they were dragging things out intentionally and return to the same address it was shipped from. I provided FedEx tracking numbers immediately and it shows it was delivered and signed for. The company lost it and won't process my refund. So I was misled into buying this in the first place. I paid an extra $70 to ship back to them just so I don't have to deal with them anymore and now they won't process my refund after refusing to send me shipping labels. This a nightmare. I have never been treated so poorly and have never had experience like this. CEO managers where are you to help with this.

I didn't know the bike was made in China.
Don't like doing business with Communist.

Great service from sales and customer service when I thought my package was lost.

In the beginning, getting replacement things for faulty or broken components was easy, but now they're asking me to pay for things to be sent out. The bench is faulty and I spent quite a bit of money on iFast equipment. I wish I had purchased things one at a time instead to see how it held up and how the customer service was. The weights are pretty decent and the bar has been good. The cable for pulling through the pulleys stripped in use, but they replaced that free. The bench pin completely bent and the bench is now locked in a position. Trying to get it unlocked resulted in the plastic breaking. Very unhappy with the bench and quite frustrated with the issue not getting resolved. Ultimately this lead to me making further purchases elsewhere. If it gets resolved I may change my opinion on it.

It would be nice for them to offer some type of “white glove service” to build such a big machine.

While looking for a bike the website was simple to navigate to what fit for me and the bike I was looking for. I ended up going with a mid priced bike and I am still very excited to get it set up I just got it and been at work daily but hopefully get my first ride this weekend. Hopefully the company comes and sends me another review around 6 months from now so I could give it the quality review and more of what people are looking for. Thanks for the bike. Greatly appreciated.
