One month and a half and I still haven't been reimbursed for my package that was lost by DPD. DPD said the reimbursed IFD over a month ago. I have written them numerous times and called them and still no reimbursement. IFD keeps saying it will be one week. It's now over four weeks. IFD and DPD are not serious companies
