I bough two of their displays

I bough two of their displays. I shipped them from Italy to the USA.
After years of dealing with them I CANNOT express the disappointment. They are horrible truly. The plexiglass they used was made wrong and the sliding doors have been a serious problem since they are not tracked well in the guide.. the plexiglass is cut/ shaped incorrectly according to the angle they need to have in order to slide smoothly. I have dealt with this issue for years and the doors are so hard to slide.
Huge problems with design, refrigeration coils, shelvings. These displays are just not functional. They are only good to the eye but I would never buy another one or would never recommend them to any one. Very expensive too. Customer service in the USA is horrible, terribly rude and you are stuck with one person who is the liaison between USA and Italy. Never again. I just want to inform other business owner to be aware of the cost and the HUGE disadvantages. .
