STOLE MY MONEY AND SCRATCHED MY COMPUTER!
Olivie at iFixExpress is a next level scammer. Not only did he sell me a faulty screen for £650, but scratched the top case of my MacBook (which Apple quoted me for £401 to fix) and is completely refusing to take responsibility!

The screen on my MacBook wasn't working properly and after sending it to the Apple depot, they were charging a fortune to fix it. They returned my computer in perfect condition and then I found iFix online. I travelled over an hour to take my computer to Olivie (while pregnant, nauseous, and my husband took the day off work to take me, which he did not get paid for). I dropped my Mac, come back an hour later after it has been 'fixed', but we were not allowed inside.

I IMMEDIATELY noticed the scratch on my top case and told Olivie, but he said it was probably Apple who had done it. I said it wasn't the case as I had thoroughly inspected the laptop before giving it to Olivie. I also noticed the screen was not as bright as before, but it was really sunny, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I was so nauseous from the pregnancy that I didn't have the energy to argue about the scratch. I paid promptly and once I got home, boy oh boy.

The screen has a massive blue tint/hue on it. I took it to iSmash next door and they said it was definitely a faulty screen, installed incorrectly. I immediately told Olivie, who is avoiding responsibility for the scratch also. I asked for a refund and for him to collect his faulty screen, as I cannot travel again considering how sick I am, and he is refusing! I told him he can pick up the screen anytime he wishes, but that in the meantime I need a refund to buy a new one.

I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND these people, I massively regret using them! STAY AWAY!

Abysmal service!

Please do not use ifixexpress on temple hill, dartford, they have had my wife's phone in to repair the screen, 3 times, and no one noticed they had ordered the incorrect screen, the engineer also damaged it even more by cracking the back cover of the phone, when we discovered the new case was black and not silver as per before we took the phone in, they said they would get the screen refurbished, so we have been into the shop 4 times to get a screen replaced, to also be told we would incur the delivery costs, and that they are unwilling to do anything to help with regards to cost and inconvenience, this company are con artist's, just looking to screw people over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional, please steer clear.

I used these under recommendation from the strand apple certified shop as apple do not deal with a 6 year old laptop screen.

I wanted to get just the glass front replaced as it had become cracked.

Initially alarm bells rang as i couldn't take it to a physical location so I was made to opt for the collection service.

A nice enough young gentleman comes to your house with just a rucksack and a cheaply knocked up collection invoice which you exchange for your laptop with only a promise you will receive it back in 24 hrs.

I) It was returned to me 32 hours later with a new glass front,
2) It was covered in shards of broken glass from the removal of the last screen.
3) The 3 parts of the screen, the back cover, the lcd screen and the glass front cover were not glued back together.
4) A bottom cover and screw had been damaged beyond repair

Stupidly I paid. A few days later the screen just fell off and cracked.

My advice - Avoid if you value you device. Take it to a local fix-it man or try to do it your self.

Provided me with a full refund.

Phone broke at 9.30, someone came out to my office by 14.30 and fixed within 15 minutes. Brilliant Service - great price.
