pink bouquet to be delivered on Friday…
pink bouquet to be delivered on Friday 2nd September. When it arrived, I was disappointed of the size and it did not match the image at all. It was nearly half the size and For the size of this bouquet I could have gone to the supermarket and paid a lot less. I am very unhappy with the service provided. Please advise me what you are going to do about this.

Very disappointed in the Summer Sunshine Bouquet.
Bouquet size was tiny
RRP £49.99, could have got them from the supermarket for £4.99 !!!

Received the order and truly shocked at what I received. I had got a groupon voucher to use for a 50 % discount but I did not receive what I ordered there was only half the flowers. They arrived in a box and just looked like a bog standard bunch of flowers. I would not use groupon or this florist again. I should have gone to the supermarket and saved money ….
Delivered on time…lasting well
Simple ordering and delivered on time as expected. Have had feedback that the bouquet is beautiful, and lasting well, so very pleased
Not Recommended
I recently bought 50% discount from Groupon for iflorist. Ordered from the site large flowers ( the delivery wasnt good and the flowers all wet). I was disappointed coz the flowers boutique was normal and the price were high before discount. However, i found out that the company has two sites, ( eflorist.co.uk) where they shows their flowers with normal price, where the site iflorist.co.uk shows (double price) so when you add the promo you get the original price on eflorist.co.uk. So there is no 50% discount its just scams for customers coming from Groupon and giving them fake discount coz the product showed from the same company in eflrist.co.uk for different prise. Not to mention missing teddy bear which the company issued refund for it. Also , no vase were added or anything just small chocolate box not as the pictures showed and there was nothing cleared or mentioned in the description ( as they claim it was mentioned in the description). Check both sites and you figure it out

The flowers got delivered a day late
The flowers got delivered a day late. When they eventually turned up they were dead and bone dry. I will not be using again waste of money
Nice flowers
Nice flowers, I purchased the medium sized bunch, expecting it to be a relatively large bunch, but it was much smaller than I had expected it to be.

Only negative was that it was delivered a day late
Excellent
I ordered two bouquets for two different people to be delivered the same day delivery was excellent service was excellent and flowers excellent thank you very much
Really poor quality flowers
Really poor quality flowers, looking nothing like the pictures on the website. Better quality at a cheaper price from your local supermarket. But if you really want something special go to your local florist.
What should of been a medium sized…
What should of been a medium sized bouquet that cost £40 ended up being 5 white roses and a few purple flowers. Very very disappointed ☹
Disgusting rip off.
Dreadful, bouquet nothing like the one pictured, puny half dead flowers and very few of them. I was disappointed and embarrassed that it was sent to my grieving friend on the loss of her son. Customer service appalling. Refused repeatedly to replace or refund. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Amazing service

Delivery very good was prompt and came when they said, was a bit dissapointed with flowers as considering i ordered the largest one for 60 pound was more like small not very good value for money.
Better off going to a local florist
Terrible flowers. Bought a deal through Groupon that gave 50% off bouquets on iflorist (also known as EFlorist or Euroflorist so all same company). I ordered the Sunshine large bouquet that would have cost £45.99p for £22.99p. Picture on website was lovely. Yellow roses and white fresias and that was only the medium bouquet. When it arrived there were less flowers than in the medium picture and the quality was poor. I emailed and sent a photo and they said the flowers were in bud and that they would take two days to open up and look like the picture. I am no gardener but my wife is and she doubted that they would bloom like the picture. I had ordered another bouquet for my wifes birthday at the same time as this bouquet and I decided to cancel that order. I was offered a replacement bunch for the first order and accepted that and I got my refund for the second order. The replacement bunch arrived and there were more roses than the first but condition still didn't look great but I thought we'll give it another couple of days to let them bloom as promised by EFlorist customer services. Well, it has been two days and guess what, they hardly look any different. The fresias have opened out but the roses are terrible. If I could post pictures on here I would.

The hardest thing was working through the Groupon info to get to your order. I was worried that you sent info to me about the delivery, I thought I hD perhaps ordered wrong. However all wS well and my friends said the flowers were beautiful.Thank you.
