I would not waste your time spent my 30th birthday 4 hours there and back in the car for 4 minutes fly time held in one position, they charge an extra 10 pound to go High it abit of a joke 100 quid and a terrible day, they let other people go before us the vr is shocking don't waste your money, especially your birthday doing this.

Amazing Experience. It was a pure adrenaline rush and absolutely loved it. I have the bug. It was a truly unforgettable experience and a 50th birthday present. Thank you to Amalia, Will and Dominik for making it so special and a fly to the top

We came to iFly for my fifteenth birthday, and I can truthfully say that it was an amazing experience. Though it seemed a little daunting at first, It was a really fun activity. Our instructors name was John, and he was extremely kind and patient while helping us learn what to do. The location of our iFly experience was San Antonio Texas. Over all we had an amazing time and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of visiting!

Really really great people and experience. I hadn't completed my booking correctly but Morgan was very helpful and got me in at the original time. Will was a great instructor. I had two flights including going up the tunnel and loved it so much I booked another session with four flights and a session for my wife. Thanks to my son for a fantastic present.

I went to Ifly as part of a team building activity for the people I work with. I was asked - in front of the whole group - why I was not flying. (I have a heart condition) I replied I was just not flying that day. And the person asked, "But Why?" This was not anything I felt I needed to disclose. When we got upstairs I was asked again why I was not flying. This time I told him the name of my heart condition. I know they are asking this question so they can overcome your objection and sell you more time in the wind tunnel. But it was rude and embarrassing. The instructor spend most of the time talking about himself.

Sam was amazing. There were quite a few kids in our group and he was great with them all. It was lovely to see how attentive, kind and patient he was with them. He made everyone feel relaxed and made the experience immaculate. It was also great to see the instructors do it with a lot more skill at the end! I have a lot of respect for them, balancing alone is difficult! 10/10 thank you for a great experience :)

NOT FOR ATHLETES! Absolute garbage! Booked a 3-flight with high flying. Check in at 2:00. Waited until 2:30 for "class" to start. 4 minute video. Legitimately the best part of this dumpster hub. 3:00 flight time. Two kids, two adults, and two random members who the instructor let go ahead of us. Us 2:00 minutes, friends of the employees 4:00. 3x flights approx. 8 minutes total tunnel time. Roughly $870-1400 an hour for a ringworm circle of washed-out BUDS cadets and LDE marines. Good luck. You won't find me or anyone else I know at this place ever again.

My partner and I went to iFLY for the first time this week for my birthday. We had such a brilliant experience. Matt, our instructor, was extremely patient and made the experience very fun for all of us. He answered all silly questions we had and made us feel at ease. We are already planning to revisit!

I visited the Manchester ifly at the end of July as my son had been gifted two flights for his birthday, his instructor was called Matt and I honestly cannot thank him enough. So helpful and reassuring and put my sons mind at ease. he absolutely loved it! we even bout some more looking forward to the next flight.

I attended iFLY in Basingstoke today with my 2 children aged 12 and 10. The build up to the experience caused much excitement and nerves for my 10 year old daughter and upon arrival, the nerves got the better of her and she decided she couldn't do it. Then along came Amy our instructor. Amy was so supportive and encouraging and convinced my daughter to try. Amy got my daughter a helmet with a visor so that her face was protected more from the wind - my more confident 12 year old, along with others were given a helmet and googles. Amy pinky promised my daughter that she would hold her the whole time and if she gave a thumbs down, she would take her out. Amy fulfilled her promise - on my daughter's first flight, Amy held her tight encouraging her to wave at me and the other spectators. The smile on my daughter's face was magical. On the second flight, after a few seconds my daughter gave a thumbs down and Amy immediately got her out. I am unsure what was said but within seconds, my daughter was back in displaying her magical smile. Amy didn't hold her so tight this time, but my daughter was unaware as Amy stayed close. At the end of the session, Amy treated everyone to an amazing display of her talents in the air before giving each participant praise for their achievements. My daughter is now very keen to return and I cannot thank Amy enough for giving my daughter the "best day ever". Amy was also great with my 12 year old son; giving him guidance and support to get the most out of the experience. My son did the high flight and upon coming down, his natural instinct was to stand up, which he obviously couldn't do - Amy caught him and reminded him of the position to maintain. Both of my children have had the best experience at iFLY and we will certainly be returning. My daughter is now desperate to do the high flight! We also spoke to a number of staff members at iFLY and everyone was helpful and friendly.

As a family of four celebrating my sons 18th birthday we couldn't have asked for a better activity. All four of us including my 13 year old daughter were complete beginners, but thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience under the expertise and extremally entertaining Daniel.
Not cheap, but well worth paying for.
Coming from Guernsey where activities such as this would be unsustainable, we would truly consider a second visit.

It’s hardly an experience. Total waste of money and they charge high flying extra which is total rip off and never give any money back if your child is not able to do it. I will never recommend this to anyone.

Fantastic yet again!
This was my boys' third visit and yet again they loved it. This time they had Matt as their instructor and he was the best yet! He was so encouraging and brilliant with my boys, he was so patient and helpful, showing them exactly how to achieve their next steps in flight. They progressed the most the have in a session and both came away with smiling faces and feeling very proud of themselves. I really do hope we can book with Matt next time as honestly he was excellent, you could truly tell he is passionate about his job and teaching kids! Thankyou so much Matt :)

Booked Manchester for a birthday treat for my 13 year old daughter. Amazing experience from start to finish. We were welcomed by the reception staff, advised where we could wait and everything explained. Matt was the instructor who took my nervous daughter. He was excellent with her, very calming and encouraging. So much so that we booked return tickets before leaving.

Super experience each time we have been and due to an issue from my side today the staff were absolutely amazing, and accommodating. Their customer service is the best experience I have had in a long time.
Keep it up, we will be back again soon.

Long story short. Scam, rude, boring, money grabbing people who couldn’t care less. Please do not waste your time or money!

Very poor. Women at reception was exceptionally rude. Then decided that because we were 3 mintues late due to traffic we could not "Fly" in a very arrogant way.
Really disgusted

Me and my husband absolutely love coming to ifly Manchester. We tried it once and was hooked! This month we had instructor Matt who was amazing, he helped us move onto the next level and was good at explaining what he wanted us to do. He also gave good feedback. Definitely hoping to have Matt as an instructor next time round.
