Poor management

Work for the company as an agency
and worked hard no sickness , absence and I hit my targets and I was promised a permanent contact which never happen because the management kept putting it on hold. I wasn't the only person who went through this and left because the agency was treated like a number and didn't feel valued. This was highlighted to quest Employment who blamed iforce management
The communications between quest Employment and iforce is shocking and iforce only tell you what they want you to know. The briefing are pointless and every staff agrees that it's a pointless excuse. The targets are not thought through because all they want to see is numbers ind the quality is last until they get a customer complaint and without a proper investigation pin it on the staff. I am not saying the customer is wrong however we are adults and before we are chuck under the bus we deserve a fair hearing. Everyone deserves to know that iforce Staffordshire doesn't value their workers and their only interest is profit
Concentrate on your employee and agency and don't make promises you can't keep. You spent a lot of money on training your staff.
Put policy in place which works.
If you look after your staff they would definitely produce the results which will be great for the future or the business.
This precise time If you want to work for a well established business stay clear from iforce Staffordshire.

Only in corby is I-FORCE in serious…

Only in corby is I-FORCE in serious difficulties.

They spent alot of money on temporary accommodation, which was classed as uninhabitable by local council.

If you would have put that money into workers wages, you could have been on a good footing to not rely on temporary workers.

Your temporary staff have already cost you the aldi contract.

You gave aldi 1000 different persons views on how goods should be sent out, instead of the only way the customer wanted to secure future business.

I only drive during enhanced rates, rest of the time i load or unload containers as a warehouse op.

As an experienced driver watching 2 week drivers drop stock and watching the insurance company taking money you could have funnelled into securing a skilled driving team.

What is I-FORCE PLAYING AT.

How can you gain the trust of your future staff back?

who is responsible?

What are you doing to change?

Also logistics people are taking your drivers and getting ops FLT licences, then sending drivers to their contract NEW COLD (straight facts, quest do the same)

I personally went in on shift to be sent home for x2 weeks straight

Also watching logistics people line staff up and IP-DIP-DOO them for who was being sent home

AVOID.......

lots of warehouses in corby you came in off the bat new warehouse, lovely canteen a massive catalogue of decent workers.

I-FORCE should be in the same boat as weetabix, with more permanent staff than temporary and long service employees with a long standing loyalty to a company that rewards them.

But in 2 years you carved a reputation that would make Jimmy Saville blush, went through more staff than the holocaust had victims.

That is I-FORCE LEGACY CORBY EDITION.
