OH MY GOD! It is completely impossible to get a hold of anyone in there - no matter what we do or who we call. Not even their "please contact us" form on the website helps - not a word, no call - no email... Have tried for more than 3 weeks now - and all I want to do is pay the invoice they send, which has incomplete payment details... Wonder if I will ever hear from them....

My first experience with SEE Electrical in the first part of August 2024 was not very positive from a technical support responce perspective. When I summarized the experience on Trust Pilot back in August, SEE immediately responded and reached out to me via email. SEE provided me with multiple contacts and methods for technical support. Armed with these new contacts and methods, I have reached out for support multiple times and the support level has been detailed, accurate, and extremly fast. Thank you SEE, for listening to users and turning things around to make the software experience very positive!

they worked with us to find the correct solution, and then worked with us to get it priced competitively. next step is to complete training and put it to work

I paid almost two times for the same product that I used previous year .justification was not convincing.

I have been using See Electrical for years. The team are always happy to help. A great company and product.

I use the software to modify schematic diagrams for our team working in the field.

Charles always gets the problem(s) solved quickly. Looking forward to training with him in the New Year.

Great product, I'm very happy I selected SEE Electrical.

Unfortunately, the available user manuals and reference materials are poor at best.

The SEE Electrical Training Manual is poorly organized and very poorly written, in my opinion:
- There is no Index!
- Who uses Roman Numeral outlining for technical documentation in the 21st Century???
-Where is a list of symbol text attributes, their usage and meaning?
-Where is a list of Block types. their usage and meaning?

There are many basic, fundamental aspects of the drawing (diagram) editor that are not explained, nor even mentioned as far as I can find.

I do understand that a user training course is offered, which purchase for this training I did not make.
Given however the poor quality of the user documentation, why would I expect the training to be significantly better or more helpful?

I am self-taught in use of an extremely broad range of industrial software (for CAD, for PLC programming, for databasing, etc.), so I am accustomed to exploration of and learning complex software tools.

At my company I am the only user.
As such I am happy with my selection of SEE Electrical for my electrical diagramming needs.
If there were more users within the company, I would recommend against purchasing SEE Electrical.

Again, in my opinion this is an excellent tool for anyone doing electrical automation system design.
I would be willing to participate in improvement of the user documentation to improve the SEE Electrical experience for everyone.

Addendum, 2023-12-13
After some time spent with the software, I continue to be very favorably impressed with the intelligence and power built into this tool.
I began drawing electrical diagrams on paper on a drawing-board, before CAD, and happily adopted "ACAD" (PC-based CAD) for creating control-system/automation diagrams when "ACAD" first appeared.

In my opinion, SEE Electrical is an advanced 21st-century tool which is to CAD what CAD is/was to paper drawings.

So I continue to be very happy I purchased SEE Electrical. It is a powerful tool which enhances my productivity and improves the quality of my electrical drawing projects.

The Youtube videos which provide SEE Electrical user instruction are more useful for me than the SEE Electrical user documentation.
I have located 56 of these videos so far.

I could not have been successful to learn SEE Electrical without these instructional videos.

Regardless, there are many essential details of the SEE Electrical work-flow which are not described in these videos and are not described in the SEE Electrical user documentation.
A software tool of this exceptional high quality needs and deserves much better documentation!

3D Panel+ with Shop Floor
The Team at IGE+AXO is great and easy to work with. The initial training I received just to begin the trial period of using the software was crucial and very informative. We were able to conduct a very true test of the 3D Panel+ and Shop Floor. The team at IGE+AXO made this trial a success from day one.

The instructor is very knowledgeable in both the application and the industry. He keeps on point and has answered all questions with clear and concise answers. SEE Electrical is a very powerful tool with built in automation routines that I've normally had to do with custom code and APIs in other CAD applications.

Automate a lot of our work

Clear and consice course with a good pace. well worh the time and effort with an instructor that clearly knew his subject.

I want to thank Mr Okan Aydın. He consistently and every time helps me and replies to my questions.

The software has greatly streamlined our design process, allowing us to create intricate electrical panels and 3D models with ease. A process still in development but very happy about the results.

Moreover, the support provided by Surekha and the SEE Electrical Team has been invaluable. They have been responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to address any questions or concerns we had.

Showing me how to use this software. Showing me how to use. The tools in the software is very helpful.
Was able to fit my schedule needed. I am a small company and there is times that I have to reschedule. I liked that. The instructor was not upset over last-minute changes.

The package has improved impressively, after service excellent.
