Great hotel (Chalet du Lys) in a super location less than 250 metres from the nearest lifts. The staff were very friendly, helpful and with a wealth of local knowledge. IGLU Ski were our preferred partners to source the holiday and we were happy with the cost. The ski area in Gressoney (Italy) is quite extensive and, in the main, is suitable for intermediate skiers although there are free ride areas and snowboarders are also well catered for.

Managed to find alternative holiday when the one I wanted was sold out,

I have been going on skiing holidays for over 50 years and this year I thought I would give IgluSki a try. I have to say they were brilliant. First of all in Jan they got me a great deal on a last minute trip to Val D’Isere which was amazing. Then today I was trying to book via the websites of the two main ski holiday providers but could not get the airports, flight times etc. that I needed. Even when I call them directly I was left 20mins on hold. So I gave up and called IgluSki. I got straight through and spoke to Paul E who was immediately able to help me and found exactly what I wanted from the main providers but much quicker and easier than dealing with them direct, it was a no brainer. He is an experienced skier who has worked in the alps so he understood what I wanted perfectly. He was professional and great to deal with. Holding the holiday for an hour while I confirmed everything with my friend. In the meantime he sent a quote and 60mins later called me back and got it all booked. That is what customer service is all about. He is a credit to IgluSki. Thanks Paul!

From initial telephone call with the booking team who were perfect and organised everything we needed to find everything in place once we were in resort was just superb

I use Igluski every year to provide options and arrange our group ski holiday. Always a positive experience with the utmost of effectiveness and efficiency. Concise communication, payment processing and transparency of all arrangements. Quality accommodations to satisfy every customer need. Transfer and in-resort staff are always readily available, taking time to ensure your holiday runs smoothly. Out chalet experience this year once again delivered aabve and beyond.

Another week in Courchevel with Iglu ( Inghams). Bluebird days x6. Snow was immense although the entrance to Mottaret ( Plan Du Main Bubble) was very choppy. Tough for those at early stages of ski journey. Resort was quiet so a great week to choose. Inghams and Rep “ AJ” were on top form, communicating through WhatsApp, giving us options for trips etc should we have wanted it. The transfers and collection from Hotel were to the second efficient. Zero complaints. We have been doing Courche for years and know what’s what. An “ A” class resort. If you haven’t been, you should do it.
The only downside and this is not down to Iglu or Inghams, was Hotel Flocon in 1550.
Run by a family of Experienced French Hoteliers.
Perhaps someone can ask them to provide menus for breakfast. We never knew what we could order until we asked. The Fruit was “ fizzy fruit” , probably days old. We had to ask if they did eggs. Any kind of eggs.
Main meals were absolutely fine. But again, no menu.
We saw him smile a few times but otherwise he looked miserable.
Boot room had no boot heaters.
Only found out there was a sauna day before we left.
All avoidable if he had printed an A4 sheet with what they offered.
Beer prices 3.50 euros more expensive than The Gatekeeper pub up in 1850.
So we spent our money there.
The Hotel experience didn’t define our week but they could have tried a little harder in our opinion.
Anyway, we will book again with Iglu as we don’t hold them responsible for surly service.
Great week. Great weather. Great organisation.

Our expert Dec was brilliant, after a few changes to the initial quote, adding another person was no trouble.
Despite leaving it all the the very last minute for payment, Dec was calm and put everting in place for our snowboarding trip. All very excited for our week away, thank you Dec for your patience.

Amy was great throughout the booking process she listened to exactly what we needed and couldn’t have placed us more perfectly in such a a family friendly resort… the ski school for both adults and children left a lot to be desired but I’ll take that up with crystal! Iglu have been amazing start to finish and we will most definitely use them again
