Jack Denn, what an absolutely top Iglu customer service rep. Patient, clear and supportive, he extolled all the virtues of a great company who we have gone to year after year for our ski holidays. Excellently priced and really an excellent selection,you need go no where else.

Joe at Iglu was fantastic in helping us to make my first group booking.

He took my call at 5pm on a Saturday, listened to my requirements, offered advice based on his experience of locations, resorts etc... and send me options over on the Sunday.

Joe has promptly responded to my email queries and taken my calls - Will definitely be coming back to Joe and the Iglu team when I book my next one!

Dec was really great and found us exactly the trip we were looking for! Definitely recommend booking with Iglu and Dec.

Have used IgluSki many times before and the agents are always so helpful, with knowledge and advice on the resorts, lifts and even bars and restaurants (often from their own ski seasons and holiday experiences).
Yesterday and today were no exception - thanks Max - looking forward to meeting Paul at the Polar Bear log cabin.

The booking for our group was not simple and Christian was so helpful and patient.

As a returning iglu customer I was greeted as an old friend.
I have to say although a delt with a guy called Max, all of his colleagues when answering a phone call were prompt, friendly & professional.
What I must of Max , is thank you for his patience, diligence and persistence in finding me, my wife & ski buddy for us the perfect ski deal package to fit our different requirements. Brilliant 😁😁.
