Deceptive VIP Program – Loyalty Perks Reduced Without Notice
Be extremely cautious if you are playing toward high VIP tiers at Ignition. As a Diamond VIP member, I was denied my full $250 annual VIP Birthday Perk. Customer service forced a $50 credit with a 25x rollover onto my account and explicitly stated in writing that VIP perks are "not guaranteed benefits" and that "availability and value may vary at company discretion."
Promoting specific VIP tier perks on their website to entice players, only to arbitrarily cut the reward amounts by 80% when it's time to pay out, is classic bait-and-switch. Phone support hung up when asked for escalation, and management refused to honor their advertised tier rewards. Save your money and play somewhere that actually values player loyalty.

Frustrated! The table doesn't allow me to make a call, make a bet or raise. The call options slide down and as frantically as you try, it folds your hand. There is no immediate chat box available to call on and they probably can't fix the issue. Just frustrating. I have to sit and watch my hand on sitting out.

Simply unneeded dispute
So, at the beginning in early 2024 I decided to try gambling on line and I found Ignition casino. To my total shock at first night play I ended up winning 20,000 plus. As I was new, I simply got scared - how I will and if I ever will get that money????? So, I keep playing for months until one day I requested payout. I received check from Canada firm that I have no idea who that firm is
Deposit was accepted. Ever since, I NEVER WON AGAIN. At the end of my journey their website start freezing in the middle of the free spins and they stole from me actual winning before frozen screen without letting me finish my spins. What they so on their end is s mystery to me. I still have screenshot of the event. I requested cancelation of my membership. Few months ago I tried to reopen my account. They said that I am banned for life because I said something somewhere that they did not like. I am unable to post screen shots here but I have clear evidence of fraudulent activity by Ignition Casino. The amount that out dispute started was not even worth argument. Yet, they stand by their decision.
Reading your reply you are still not explaining what permanent closure of the account is. I have been on tons of websites after you where I closed my account. I never received question if I want to close it temporarily or permanent and I was able after some time to recover my accounts without any problem. Not sure what security you are talking about but obviously your ratings anyways are as low as can be. My respond to you is that you did not like language I used when talking to customer service but you don't want to say it here as it is a public review. There is no such a thing as permanent account closure. Las Vegas can ban you if you are cheating. Your business is to keep players alive. The last question I had when I called you directly to reactivate my account was: Did you say anything anywhere about this website? After I said NO - answer was no reactivation. Banned for life. Im finally winning a tournament. 1st out of 5 players remaining. They boot me, i contact their support (a lying bot, or just a person that has zero clue who knows) and now I dont get my chance at 1.4k. The tournament is literally just stuck.
