I am extremely disappointed with IGP. The delivery was delayed and sent to the wrong place. My friend waited for almost 4 hours, hoping it would arrive, but ended up completely disappointed. Their customer service is terrible—only automated messages, no real help, and no refund even though the fault was theirs. I ordered from the UK and feel sad and frustrated. This platform is not trustworthy.

The product was delivered before time and the quality of the product was excellent.... The photo quality was awesome.... Totally thanks a lot to the IGP team for making the gift super special....

I ordered a cake from IGP for Christmas, but it was not delivered on time, which completely ruined the purpose of the order. The customer service was extremely poor, and when I contacted them, the staff were rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a refund, I was told the money could not be returned to my bank account and would instead be credited to my IGP account. There is no reason to force customers to reuse such a pathetic service. This experience was highly disappointing, and I would not recommend IGP to anyone.

Before buying, I had asked a question about one of the products, to which they replied super quick. I bought this from overseas and this was a really nice and quick way to send gifts to my loved one. Thank you so much for your help and care in delivering, IGP.

I’ve been using IGP for the last few years and I have to say their service is impeccable and exceptional. Sent out 4 different orders in the last week itself without any issues. All my items, flowers etc have been delivered as per their pictures, to the correct addresses and on time. They even let me know if something i ordered was not available and send me details of the replacement which is very impressive. I am so confident using their services, I don’t even look at the other sites. I get value for my money and peace of mind. Thank you IGP for a smooth, seamless transition of my orders.

My experience have been really good with IGP. I have ordered bouquets and cakes multiple times for friends and they were delivered on time and good quality stuff.
The thing I like about IGP is that we can select utility gifts as well in addition to flowers.
Support team is also helpful in case of delays, which is rare.

I have used them for several times, but this time, the cake was smudged. When I gave a feedback, their support team kept arguing that the order is more than 10 days old. Either it was a genuine mistake or intentional, they were referringto my previous order. When i had check the order number and informed it, they realized their mistake and helped me by issuinganew cake. The questionis not gettinga new cake. But it is emotional, imagine you send a cake to your bveloved person with a , wish on their birthday and the cake turned out to be damaged. How will this impact the emotion ? We feel it to be a bad luck. And when we give a feedback back, the support guys try to cover up the issue saying it is an old issue. This made the matter worse. I hope the igp team will handle the situation better next time.

In first experience I got everything quick and sommthly. Love the product and delivery experience.

I am writing to complaint against igp u order personalised gift hamper and after deliver they dedcuded my amount and half order were missing such a poor delivery

I have now used IGP few times and its always been great. Out of almost 10 times I have used IGP only once they couldn't deliver but I was credited back the money in my IGP account. The last order was on 16.12.2025 for my dad's birthday it was a rasmalai cake and flowers . My parents said the cake absolutely yummy and the flowers were so pretty.
I am very happy with them. Sending a little something when you are miles away from your family is a blessings.

I ordered a gift hamper on 1st Dec 2025 for my anniversary, which was on 9th Dec 2025. This was an international order to New Zealand for my husband. However, on 5th Dec, I found on their own website that the order was canceled. There was no communication from IGP regarding the cancelation. The customer support was not helpful and the worst thing is was the manager promised to call me back within 4 hours but till date no call. No professionalism and lack of transparency.
Sadly they didn't deliver the order and spoilt my anniversary surprise. For this, they were offering a compensation coupon, which I refused as I will never be dealing with them in future.
IGP stop playing with people's emotion.

Pathetic customer care. No reliable service . Mark item as delivered without making any delivery. They are so hopeless that they call to say we will deliver after 2 days even if they know that delivery was clearly mentioned for a particular occasion and for a particular date. IGP sucks

Ordered 2 things from them. It was a surprise for my wife but Recieved nothing also it shows delivered. My wife Recieved a call from a unknown number which we suspect is the delivery guy coz it was a miss call not even a call and when we tried calling he blocked the number. Tried texting and emailing igp but looks like they like to have a bunch of ai messaging bots run their company than actually fixing issues. The order was supposed to be received 24 hrs ago. No response or even a word from anyone yet
