3rd class experience

3rd class experience, it used to be good now its not that good. I order different flavour and they don't have, instead they sold old 3rd category product. not fresh. 500 ka just 200 gm product not worth that too not fresh.

My order of cake was not delivered and…

My order of cake was not delivered and instead they sent me a POD of cake delivered which I didn’t even order..even check with my family if the order was delivered but it was not..customer service is ridiculous..they just sent you messages but no one wants to talk about it…so disappointed..it was a cake I ordered for Mother’s day and they ruined it…I even deleted my account….

Very bad service overall

I had ordered flowers for mother’s day but they didn’t deliver it. been chasing them from past 2 days but no one replies. there whatsapp has AI assistance which is of no use. pathetic customer service. they give no response. will never order from them.

FRAUD!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with this order, and I honestly feel like customers deserve to know exactly what happened before deciding to buy from this company. From beginning to end, this has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable online shopping experiences I have dealt with in a very long time.

To start with, the order arrived more than twenty four hours late. Delays can sometimes happen, and most reasonable customers understand that unexpected situations occur, but the problem here was the complete lack of communication and professionalism. I received no proper updates, no apology, and no real explanation about why the delivery was delayed. When customers spend their money and trust a company to provide a service, the least that should be expected is honest communication and respect for their time. Instead, I was left waiting with no useful information at all.

Unfortunately, the delay turned out to be the least disappointing part of the experience. When the package finally arrived and I opened it, I was genuinely shocked by what had been sent to me. The item looked absolutely nothing like the product that was advertised online. The photos and descriptions on the website created a completely different expectation, but the reality was poor quality, badly presented, and honestly disgusting. It felt misleading and deceptive.

This was not a small difference where maybe the color was slightly off or the packaging had changed. The actual product itself looked cheap, badly made, and far below the standard that had been shown in the advertisement. Customers rely on product photos and descriptions when making purchases, and when the company sends something completely different, it destroys trust immediately. I feel like I paid for one thing and received something entirely unrelated.

What makes the situation even worse is the lack of accountability afterward. I expected customer service to respond quickly and take the complaint seriously considering how unacceptable this situation was. Instead, I have felt ignored and dismissed. There seems to be no urgency to resolve the problem or even acknowledge how frustrating this experience has been for me as a paying customer. That level of poor customer support only makes the entire situation even more disappointing.

At this stage, I feel completely justified in leaving a negative review and sharing my experience publicly. People should know when a company fails to deliver what it promises. I will continue posting honest reviews and updating people about this experience until someone from the company finally responds and properly addresses the issue. Customers should not have to chase a business for basic accountability after receiving poor service and a misleading product.

I strongly recommend that anyone thinking about ordering from this company be very careful. Based on my experience, there is a serious risk that your order may arrive late and that the product you receive may not match the advertisement at all. No customer should have to spend money only to end up feeling disappointed, frustrated, and ignored afterward.

I truly hope the company eventually decides to take responsibility, improve its customer service, and fix situations like this properly instead of avoiding complaints. Until then, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. This experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unacceptable from start to finish, and I genuinely regret placing this order in the first place.

Worst portal ever

Worst portal ever. No updates were provided and order wasn’t fulfilled- despite trying to chase them the entire day. No way of calling them, nobody responds to their WhatsApp number or emails. Absolutely horrendous. Save yourselves the torture and never place an order here- total shit show.

I ordered a Mother’s Day cake and…



I ordered a Mother’s Day cake and flowers from IGP. I was charged immediately but nothing was delivered. It’s been 3 days.

I’ve called, emailed, and messaged many times – ZERO response from customer service. Yet I keep getting automated emails asking for feedback on items I never received.

This feels like a scam when no one replies or takes responsibility. I am now asking for a full refund.

Totally disappointed with the service. Would not recommend for time

Bad site

I was very disappointed

I was very disappointed - my daughter had placed an order on Mother’s Day and not only did the delivery not happen but I received a polite shrug off saying check with your neighbours - we have delivered it!!!! No proof of delivery or any effort made ! Very sad !

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had. I placed an order with this company expecting a professional service and timely delivery, but unfortunately the entire experience has been extremely disappointing.

After taking full payment, the company failed to deliver the product as promised. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of communication and customer support. Multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups have gone unanswered. There has been no proper update, no accountability, and no effort made to resolve the issue.

When customers spend their hard-earned money on gifts, especially for important occasions, they expect honesty, reliability, and at the very least a response. Instead, this company has shown complete disregard for customer service and professionalism.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this business. Based on my experience, once they receive payment, getting any form of communication or support becomes extremely difficult. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, disappointment, and inconvenience.

Very poor service and highly unprofessional handling of customers.

Extremely disappointed with your service. I placed this order for Mother’s Day expecting it to be delivered before 11 PM, but it was never delivered on time. What made it worse is that I received a false “Order Delivered” notification while the cake had not even arrived.

This completely ruined a special occasion for our family. If you cannot fulfill orders on time, especially on important days like Mother’s Day, you should not promise delivery slots you cannot manage.

Very unprofessional service, poor communication, and misleading delivery updates. This was one of the worst ordering experiences I’ve had.

Absolutely disgusting service. You people had one job — deliver a Mother’s Day cake on time — and you completely failed. Not only was the order not delivered before 11 PM as promised, but you also falsely marked it as “Delivered” when nothing had arrived.

This is not just poor service, it is outright misleading and irresponsible. You ruined an important emotional moment for our family and caused unnecessary stress on a special day.

If your delivery system is this unreliable, stop taking orders you clearly cannot handle. This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had with any service.

Never ordering from you again, and I will make sure others know about this pathetic experience as well.

I wish I could give them zero

I wish I could give them zero. Between the incorrect order, rude delivery service, delayed cake, and complete lack of proper customer support, this experience has been beyond frustrating. Ignoring complaints and deleting comments instead of taking responsibility only makes things worse.No wonder if the owner is like that who turned off his comments, what you can expect from the support team. Opening different companies and doing the same shitty things won't really help you grow.

I had given an order of Mother’s Day…

I had given an order of Mother’s Day cake yesterday @7:30 am and slot was given for delivery in between 6am-2 pm
But it was delivered @ 9 pm at night after doing so many follow ups.
It’s really horrible experience.
If there is 0 star I would have given as no body receives call on given number.

Absolutely terrible service from IGP

Absolutely terrible service from IGP. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day with early delivery to avoid issues. The delivery guy never attempted delivery and marked it as "mobile number not reachable."
Customer support refused to update the number (temporarily out of range), wouldn’t call my number, wouldn’t give me the delivery person’s details, and now they’re refusing to refund me even though my mother never received anything.
Complete disappointment and zero accountability. Never ordering from them again.

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this service. My order was marked as “delivered,” but it never actually arrived and is completely untraceable despite me checking everywhere.

To make things worse, I tried contacting support multiple times, including via WhatsApp, but received no response at all. There has been zero help or accountability from the company.

At this point, I am still waiting for a refund or any proper resolution, but the lack of communication and support is very concerning. This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend relying on this service.
