Ordered a £25 gift certificate for a friend on the 8th of December 2017
Didn't received item after a week I emailed to tell them had no reply until I sent a second email to tell them I'm going to trading standards.
They replied with il repost its now the 20th and still nothing
Absolutely pathetic incompetent jokers. Il never buy from them again
My order was personalised champagne as a Birthday gift. Not only did it not arrive on time (meaning I had to use up an afternoon and go out to buy an alternative gift making me £40 down) - when chasing up my delivery (which I still do not have) Vomfass did not even apologise - instead they gave me a tracking number and blamed Royal Mail. To add a final blow I have received a Royal Mail "fee to pay" card for £2.56. So basically it's the incompetence of Vomfass which caused the delay. I will update how they respond to my next complaint because I want either a part-refund or they can arrange to collect the entire order (or I'll raise with my credit card company if I have to).
Update - they never resolved a thing. Just don't bother!
