Laughable customer service

Their water tank stopped working within 5-6 uses, so I stopped using the feature. After 8 months their side brush also stopped working properly.

Parts are low quality, if you try home replacement, the screw is put on too tight and will just deform. So you won't be able to replace it on your own.

They don't inform you of much lower warranty period for the parts in the device and ask you to buy parts from their website again. Technician only speaks Hindi and refuses to escalate to a manager.

The products are really not worth the…

The products are really not worth the price. I got ilife T10s robotic cleaner, and started facing issues right after two months. Major issue noted was the robot not docking back to the charging station. While it was in warranty, they asked me to send it back for repair, but they couldn't diagnose any glitch and sent back the machine after resetting. And once I started using again after reset, just after a week the charging station stopped working.

Bought their robo vacuum

Bought their robo vacuum, started going bonkers within a week. Support. AME picked it up debugged both at home and at their warehouse .. nothing got fixed .. the vacuum still cleans the same area 4 times which leaving the centre of the room untouched. Some mapping issue

Worth its price

I want to say few good words about V5sPro.
I bought it 4.5 years ago and for its price of $141 at ali express it served me quite well with picking up pet hair It's quite good with obstacles and stairs, except wires and ropes. The battery was good though all these years.
What's bad:
People are right , customer service is close to none, asking to send you videos that don;t fit to limit, then sending you a video how to disassemble the item.
You are just taking luck for reduced price at ali-express.
The vacuum never returned properly to its base, i struggled for few days then gave up and charged it through cable. It's very good for pet hair, but not for bigger garbage. In last year lid was not holding. need to stick it with tape.
Verdict:
If I had official shop and warranty service in UK, I would buy it again. It's worth its price

Worst customer support ...

I bought a b5Max robo vaccuum from ilife, due to liquid spill .. within 3 months I sent for service and followed up for a month and these are 15K machines not cheap. Support team is a bunch of clueless teenagers and they don't have a escalation matrix .. only people with strong, young hearts should buy their products. I got the machine service in approx 1.5 month .. the motherboard replacement is not good and they charged me 4.1K its not functioning as before. So starts the next cycle of followup .. been calling them for past 3 days and no technician has called up.

MAJOR SAFETY ISSUES DO NOT BUY

I bought a robotic vacuum from this company six months ago. It is extremely dangerous with failed sensors launching off staircases and open to below areas. The last time this happened it missed my dog by inches. It is NOT SAFE. Do not have this product in your home. It could seriously hurt someone or damage flooring etc. When I contacted the company asking for my money back they refused, only offering a replacement. Because this is a safety issue, I didn't want to take the chance with a replacement. They told me this is normal operation and they don't recommend using this product with an open to the below area and that this is indeed in the small print so they are definitely aware of this safety issue and are doing nothing, besides putting the liability on the customer with the fine print in their ownership agreement. It is absolutely unethical.

payed 189$ on Ali-express

payed 189$ on Ali-express, item broke within 3 days. mother board malfunction. company don't take responsibility. sent me video how to disassemble the product and weld the mother board....like I am a technician. what the Hell? ....I just bought it for 189$
asked for a refund. got only 57usd out of 189, and then there is no one else to speak to! can't contact Ali-express. and I life says "refund completed" horrible way to do business. but I guess this is the Chinese way, they are still behind a few decade . lesson learned. Don't buy expensive Chinese products on Ali-express. and defiantly don't buy I life products. Don't buy and then say to yourself why I did it. stick with amazon I robot...I have one that is working for 7 years. to bad I wanted another one and thought to go on a different company
