Really happy with our mirror, Joby was very helpful in getting it to us asap when they experienced delays and the communication was great throughout

Mirror took longer than anticipated for delivery but I was happy to wait.The customer service agent that dealt with me kept me up to date chasing the order to make sure it was delivered by the date I needed it. The illuminated demisted mirror is of excellent quality and was delivered on the exact date given. It works well and looks great. The technical support before purchase was first class and helped me obtain a mirror to suit my needs. I also required after sales support regarding the best way of operating the features on the mirror. The after sales service provided by Joby was also first class and answered all my queries with clear concise information. I would highly recommend this company.

I wasn't able to pay for my bathroom cabinet online due to a glitch on the website, but Joby promptly raised a proforma invoice for me and kept me updated on the progress of my purchase until it arrived safely. I am very pleased with my cabinet, excellent quality.

We needed the mirror when originally scheduled as fitters on site, order was delayed but Joby in customer service did a great job of hurrying things along so it arrived before they left the site. Thanks for the effort.

Emailed on the date at 15:00 it was meant to be delivered (a Friday) to say it was going to be another 3 weeks, after an annoyed emailed got told it would be dispatched on the Monday for next day delivery. Ended up emailing the MD on the for his intervention on the Wednesday, ended up being a week late and me chasing them. Cost me money to return to site to install. However brilliant products

Excellent well made products. I had my first cabinet over ten years ago. Eventually the wire between the cabinet and door broke so bought another.
Really pleased to see that they have now done away with the this wire on latest models, with the electrical connection made through the hinges! Really clever.
Excellent customer service too. What more could you ask for.

Can't fault anything on the cabinet. The cabinet is well made, strong and sturdy. It was also easy to fit.

Poor Products, I do not mind paying for quality, bought a Bathroom Cabinet, "Yalizini Edge Cabinet" just over a year ago, £729.99. The driver in it that operates the lights and heated mirror has gone already, had to pay an electrician to sort and put a new one, cost an additional £210. Yes things can break but not something like that so quickly. Very poor, do not recommend.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service from Illuminated Mirrors as well as the quality of their british-made product. I had a very specific query that was dealt with in-depth and with reassurance. Communication was excellent and kept me informed of delivery timings. They were also keen to know that the product arrived in good order, which was reassuring. Can't fault this company.

Absolutely appalling service from this company. Took money in November and have just lied and lied and lied since then. Constant broken promises and lied as to when mirror would be delivered. Finally got delivery notification of mirror and when it didn't turn up was told they were still waiting on a part, so why did we get a delivery notification?! Have then asked for money to be refunded via credit card it was paid on and 2 weeks later still nothing. DO NOT GO NEAR.

Delivery was delayed but communication was brilliant. Sometimes manufacturing takes longer than expected but Joby went the extra mile to keep me informed and chase the order right through to delivery. Well done.

There was a delay with our mirror so I had to contact Joby at customer services and the support he gave was excellent, he kept us fully informed until the mirror arrived and checked in afterwards to make sure we were happy with it.
