I am happy to say that my experience with this company has been 5 star. I received a quick response to my question which led to my immediate order of some beautiful products. Their customer service is heart warming.
I ordered the sample mask and serum (a brilliant idea for testing on sensitive skin). My skin is feeling good. The serum is particularly special and left my face feeling soft.
A wonderful experience all round.

I ordered the Deluxe “All You Need” Skincare Set and Activated Charcoal Whitening Toothpaste; it was a nice touch to receive a personalised thank you email after I'd placed the order. Everything arrived in a beautifully packaged (within a week).

Smells beautiful - a very relaxing bath. Good value for money too. The packing doesn't feel very giftable, it would be great to see it in a glass jar or a more decorative lid.

The products arrived on time and are well packaged. Customer service was good and they responded to my query.

Unfortunately, I am unable to continue to use the trio of products, as I developed a rash and so have discontinued use of all three, as I dont know whether it was the mask, cleanser or serum which caused the rash.

A rather expensive mistake, as it costs £55 for all three.

Received my order so quickly and have absolutely loved every single item! I got for myself the face wash, toner, matcha face mask, and charcoal toothpaste and I gifted my partner the beard oil and the results have been fantastic! In less than one month the pores on my nose which has been so big my whole life, no matter what products or extraction techniques I have tried have reduced in sie SIGNIFICANTLY and my skin overall has gone through such a transformation! The worries I had coming into my 30's seeing changes in my skin have been put to rest with these amazing products, full of such quality ingredients and made with love! And my partners beard has been looking SO LUSH! i'm in love with everything you're doing and the values your busienss stands for I cant wait to purchase more items for myself and my loved ones!

I was using Superdrug moisturiser for years as it was cheap and vegan but my skin was looking really bad and lifeless. I've suffered with sensitive skin, spots and acne my whole life and now I'm in my early thirties my acne has flared up on my jawline. I searched for something new, spent loads of money on different moisturisers then came across Illuminate on instagram. I bought the set with the Repair Spray, Nourish Face Serum and a face mask and it has literally changed my skin for the better. It's cleared my spots up, plumped my skin up and closed some of my pores. I'm so happy and I feel more confident. My skin was too sensitive for the rose face mask but I tried the matcha one and it was lovely! Illuminate's customer service is amazing and they are so friendly and helpful. I love their ethics and how they run their company and I'm definitely going to buy the Repair Spray and Face Serum again. And I want to try the face wash and the charcoal mask and the toothpaste as well. I definitely recommend Illuminate!

Prompt nice service with the nice added touch of a personal email from the owner which, I thought was sweet.
The product was a little smaller than previous others I’ve bought in the past but it’s a strong consistency and packs a punch! Unfortunately I haven’t noticed a difference in the colouring of my teeth but I have only been using for about 3weeks so hoping will improve with a little more time.

Really good product... Will defo purchase the toothpaste again.

Illuminate Essentials is the best kept secret in skincare. Superb customer service - exceptional in fact, and super FAST delivery. I purchased, the charcoal face mask which is delightful ...and works wonders instantaneously. The charcoal whitening toothpaste is like no other. I have purchased other products of which I am yet to get into a routine of using. The goal is to have ALL of the products within the range. Super Excited to have found this brand.

Quality products without harsh ingredients and great customer service.

I really really like this, I noticed that it stopped a spot from creating acne scar when I otherwise would've had scarring in the past, its the most cleansing cleanser ive ever used! My face feels squeeky clean, however it is drying, I have had flakes since using it so trying it for 30 secs instead of 60secs.
