Dry shopping experience in contrast with the scarves
Beautiful, lovely, high quality silk scarves, well presented with logo sticker, ribbon and box. Exactly as shown on website and Etsy boutique.
3 downsides to shopping here are
1- They are unresponsive to emails.
2- They seem to insufficiently stock. They use their gallery of sold-outs as part of the boutique. Half the scarves are out of stock on their website.
3- Last but not least; prepare to be import-taxed-dutied and VATed a hefty sum. Not the shop’s fault but I’m wondering why so many other UK shops have those included in their prices or can at accommodate their customers since they sell internationally.

We are really sorry that you are not completely happy with your shopping experience.
You have purchased the scarf via Etsy not on our website store ilonatambor.com.
1. Unfortunately we are not responding on emails with request to under value the order to avoid the custom duty. Etsy marketplace policy clearly says that all customers outside of the UK and EU are responsible for paying custom duty prior to delivery. We are not in the position for changing this rules.
2. All scarves on Etsy and our website are clearly marked as out of stock if stock is insufficient to fulfil the order.

An absolute gem!
I ordered a beautiful silk pocket square for a very special occasion and I was not disappointed! It is absolutely stunning, of the very highest quality and worth every single penny! By far my favourite and so versatile.
Delivery was exactly as promised and the packaging(!!)…….utterly exceptional! I couldn’t fault anything whatsoever. A true “personalised” service.

Fantastic unisex scarves!
Just purchased another amazing Ilona Tambor scarf. Her scarves are amazing, and with her designs and color palette many lend themselves to being unisex pieces. My latest purchase “Fairy Forest” in olive green is a great example of a unisex scarf.
I’m a repeat customer and just can’t say enough good things about the quality, personal customer service and selection offered by Ilona.

Quality/value for the price-gorgeous product!
Got to the US quickly, very easy to order but mostly the scarf is the best quality. it’s absolutely gorgeous! packaging was very impressive and would be the perfect gift. Feels like a heavy silk, turned edge feels hand done, just luxurious, devils in the details and I will be buying more!
