Pure rubbish.

Pure rubbish.

Had a .tiff file that the client was wanting as a jpg urgently.

I tried the converter and it said i required a premium subscription to be able to convert it due to the size. So i purchased the premium version only to be met with a frozen screen, everytime I tried uploading the tiff file.

Avoid as they will just take your money and still not convert the file.

I used the service once

I used the service once. I needed to resize (reduce) 11 photos; I uploaded them all at once. The process was quick, the quality was preserved. I am satisfied with the result.
