It is sold as portable, but it's really heavy without any hand holding positions. Packaging was already mentioned in review. Battered and dirty but internal packing kept product safe. Self adhesive rubber pads provided but no instruction as to where to put them. Presumed on the base.

The black Hampton, it has heat coming out between 5-10 mins of being on, which comes out of the top, the rest of the biofire doesn’t seem to get hot anywhere else, which is perfect. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. It looks great, excellent as a secondary heat. I love it. Service was good and the delivery driver was helpful. 👍
