Absolutely thrilled with our purchase. This is our second fireplace from Imagine fires. Would highly recommend. Delivery was very quick and delivery driver placed the box in the fireplace for me due to the boxes size and weight. Heats our living room really well.

The box arrived absolutely scruffy and battered! Fortunately, the inner packaging was intact and the fire was ok. Online ordering was easy.

Beautiful fireplace
The fire arrived when expected and was packaged so well, it was easy to set up with easy instructions to follow on use. The fire looks amazing and finishes our lounge of beautifully, giving the focal point it needed.
I am looking to get a stove fan to direct the heat into the room rather than up the chimney.
