Very good customer experience
Very good customer experience. I had initially contacted them to ask a couple of questions prior to committing to purchase a bioethanol fire and my queries were answered quickly and fully. I then placed an order for my chosen fire; it was delivered quickly, much quicker than I was expecting and it has exceeded my expectations in quality, build and function. The flame it produces is impressive and the heat output is reflected in this.

Absolutely thrilled with our purchase. This is our second fireplace from Imagine fires. Would highly recommend. Delivery was very quick and delivery driver placed the box in the fireplace for me due to the boxes size and weight. Heats our living room really well.

Beautiful fireplace
The fire arrived when expected and was packaged so well, it was easy to set up with easy instructions to follow on use. The fire looks amazing and finishes our lounge of beautifully, giving the focal point it needed.
I am looking to get a stove fan to direct the heat into the room rather than up the chimney.
