AVOID this company
AVOID this company. I order packaging for a removal. The delivery date was given. They tried to deliver TWO days earlier, they FAILED to deliver on two subsequent days with timed slots. They FAILED to do anything about the goods not arriving. They refused a refund.
Dishonest, unprofessional, inefficient.

I personally watched all the customer journeys and your case was especially unlucky, the courier failed to deliver for 2 consecutive days even if we solicited them many many times.
Anyway you got the refund of everything you buy, we serve more than 2000 people and from time to time some deliveries are very unlucky.

Unfortunate they forgot to send boxes
Unfortunate they forgot to send boxes - so I complained and then they resend the boxes - which I thought was very good.
But again they forgot to send the additional clothes box - but I did not complain - its was only Euro 10,00 !
