This was the second pair of gloves I have ordered with IMB and both experiences have been wonderful. From the collaboration on the design to the end product, everything is great!

Design is great and quality is on point. Very cool concept as well as we are using this for an internal competition and the team loves it. The production process and delivery time is a bit lengthy but everything else was great.

I am super happy with product and quality on first inspection. Ablsolutely love it so far. Only down side to the whole experience is the length of wait. But i will happily use again in the future and happy to reccomend to other people. Great stuff IMB.

Fast and good responses to issues and fast delivery time

After tweeting my immense disappointment with a pair of sim racing gloves I had purchased from another vendor, a trusted friend recommended IMB Racewear. IMB themselves picked up on this, and slid in the DMs with a discount code wanting to put things right.

Very friendly and personable, we kept in touch with good conversation and I was kept up to speed with the progress on my gloves. I went for a pair of the short ones in plain yellow.

They were a custom item and thusly took six weeks to arrive, but when they did they were worth the wait - nice and thick, perfect fit, a solid grip and very well-presented in a suave carrying case. No more rough, callused, aching hands after a long session - these do what good racing gloves are actually supposed to.

I did eventually experience slight tearing on a seam from where I was pulling them on, but Iain at IMB took on board that feedback with thanks, will look at how to improve, and is having the factory produce me a replacement set(!)

I'm a good second off Esports drivers and I haven't uploaded a YouTube video in years, so IMB's generosity towards me was a genuine case of them going out of their way to make things right for an average joe who got shafted.

It had some delays as my design took more than a month to get to the factory. So from ordering, to receiving the item took around 2 months. But it is super high quality and it is super helpful in sim-racing.

Really good customer service and the quality of the product was excellent. I can recommend it to everyone!

Great service. The design process was interactive and the interaction with the designer was wholesome. Went through a number of iterations with the design with the designer and the designer went ahead with no questions asked (even seemed delighted to have done more iterations).

As advertised these, take a while to get, but they are well-made and look great.

I had a painless experience ordering and the customisation options were easy to use. I got a mock-up sent to me via email quickly that fit my expectations perfectly. The waiting time for production was fairly short for a custom made order at taking about 6 weeks from ordering to arriving at my home, too. After using the gloves for a bit now they've quickly become my main pair of gloves for sim racing, they're comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the external stitch feel is wonderful. I would happily order from IMB Racewear again and I'm recommending them to my friends.

I do appreciate your way of communication between order confirmation and shipment.
I bought 2 pairs in October 22, using them literally every day and they show no signs of deterioration. Fabrication/reliability is of highest standards and this gives me total satisfaction in your products and has lead to a new order of 2 pairs.

It took 13 weeks from the order was made until I recieved the package. Besides the long wait, the service and communication was absolutely fantastic.

Both times I have used IMB racewear, I have received great, informative and speedy service

The gloves look good and are not too thick when compared to others. However, time from order to arrival was not stated before ordering and is excessively long. In addition, after only a few weeks of use some of the material is starting to show signs for coming apart, throwing the quality of the product and its long-term durability into question.

My racing shoes are awesome, thanks to the team for going above and beyond to make the pic I sent to look great on my shoe.
