iMemories was quick, efficient and patient with my questions. The final product was wonderful! The memories brought tears to my eyes!!!

Very timely. Well done. Audio and video were excellent.

This is my first time using iMemories and I was able to get them digitized in a fairly short amount of time which was great. I was also able to download the app onto my tv and watch my memories there. What I did not like was that I was under the assumption that I was paying for my videos to be digitized as well as transferred to DVD. That was not the case, and I was told by a customer service representative that I would have to pay extra for that. Some people may not need or want a DVD copy of their video so using this service may be a good idea. It was not for me, and I have found another company that will digitize the videos and send a DVD as well if you like, and it is included for a fraction of what I paid iMemories just to digitize my videos and that was while using their Black Friday deal. I would advise anyone considering using this service to make sure you understand all the charges that may be incurred depending on what you want and reading reviews and FAQs as well. I will not be using iMemories in the future because it doesn’t offer what I want at a price I think is reasonable.

They did a wonderful a job restoring memories. I heard my father's voice for the first in 18 years. That was the best memory you could've given me. And seeing and hearing other family members that have passed on. Wonderful memories brought back.

I fell for your ad because you claimed you could really upgrade a poor video. I am 83 years old. I only wanted my photos and two videos cleaned up and asked for a USB stick. When the box finally returned my stuff, I did not open it as I was packing to move. I still have not opened it. I don't want to see things on your icloud site. I want to stick my USB in my laptop. I had no idea you load onto a site I have to access to see photos. And to tell me I have to get a membership to see my photos after a Free Period is beyond my comprehension!!!! For what I paid, I should get a USB stick. To hell with stuff online I have to sign up for to see. I really feel you duped me. Maybe there is a stick in my unopened box in storage. You should be able to tell me that by the records you keep. All I want to do is organize my photos and videos before I die on my computer. Glennie Perkins

This company can improve by making the pricing clear before the customer pays $15 to have one micro tape mailed in. Let the customer know the $15. is just to send in the media. It would be very important to know that once your media is digitized, the fee to view it is very costly. I reached out to them via e-mail and told them to toss my media because I did not want to pay to have it shipped back. They emailed saying they did not find me in their records. I sent them the order number.

Reasonable price, good service and delivered ahead of predicted time line.

Very helpful people. High quality digital photos from my Poloroids. They respected my original photos with careful packaging.

The slides were not air or brush dusted before digitizing. When my slides were finally returned, I selected several & dusted them. All the dust came off. I have 1,500 more slides to digitize but will use a different company.

I appreciated the service provided, but recieved my DVD and see that the names of the videos in my albums are not named as I renamed them. They are the original names and they're incorrect with typos.

I sent them a box of tapes and they got them done in a timely matter and sent them back. I like that they have an app where you can watch your videos. Definitely recommend this company.

Submitted 40 plus years of photos. They were processed quickly, returned exactly how I submitted them.

Highly recommend! Did a great job converting my tapes into streaming and kept me updated on progress. Took extra time to work on tapes that had some issues. Great customer service every time i called. Sent tapes back quickly. I will definitely use them again!!

Everything was explained in a way in great satisfaction. No Rush, she wanted to get it right.
