Appalling company with no idea of what service is
Appalling company with no idea of what service is or looks like. Said they couldn't deliver but address was correct, no excuses. Impossible to get hold of to rectify the situation. Don't go near them. I wonder what happens to all the goods they collect from "undeliverable" mugs like us.

Dont trust imile or any merchant business using imile
Tracking for my parcel showed it arriving in Sydney where it stayed for 10 days until the tracking update said that my parcel was not found and the case was closed.
I tried to contact them but their advertised contact numbers were either defunct, or voice to txt messages which imile bots ignore. All other options transferred me to the voice bot txt message option.
I recommend that we notify all businesses using imile for their deliveries of the incompetence and dishonesty of imile and, if these businesses continue to use imile, they belong in the same untrustworthy category as imile.

This is the worst courier company in the world. Why is shein working with this courier. I am very disappointed. It's almost 3 weeks since I ordered. I have not received my order yet. My sister and I ordered the same day. She used a different courier. She received her order. I am still waiting on my order. My children are very sad because they wanted to dress up for Eid today. But this courier made it impossible for my children to enjoy their special day. Imale doesn't deserve even a one star.

This has to be the worst courier I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with! I have a paid suite hosted by Austraila Post which acts as a standard street address to be able to receive parcel from ANY courier. The first time I ordered something which unfortunately was assigned to iMile for delivery, it was sent back to sender in China (after waiting almost a month from the date of purchase!) making up delivery attempt statuses and never even trying to contact me. The second time at least they tried to call me (after marking the parcel as delivered and wasting my time going to AusPost for nothing when the parcel hadn’t actually been delivered!), I got back to them to check what was going on and why they had tried to call me, they said they can’t deliver to PO Boxes or lockers - too bad a suite is neither! Then they said that can’t hand it over to AusPost because they don’t have a partnership with them, refusing to understand that a suit is a paid service that acts as a normal street address, so they don’t need a partnership with them! I had to change the delivery address to my home address, where no one can collect the parcel since I’m at work so they will have to leave it on the doormat, with all the risks that come with it! Unfortunately when you order through certain online shopping websites, you have no say in which courier will handle your parcels (nor is there a way for you to know in advance!). I can only cross my fingers and hope I will never have to deal with iMile again in my life!!

I didn't pay duty and taxes after 10 days because every single parcel need payment.On 4 parcels I payed for 2 and request return on another 2 because delivery amount is more than I paid for parcels but still holding my parcels after more than 20days. I can't receive my refund from AliExpress

I dont even want to give them 1 star.i had to get a chance to comment. The service is pathetic. My shein order was out for delivery on the 11th of March, the sight says the vehicle broke down, going on 17th March still no delivery. I messaged on their WhatsApp sight soo many times, I've called the call centre, they keep saying they have it and they will check up on it. They say it 5akes max 5 business days. Its way past those 5 days. I need those items desperately in 2 days. Shein stop using this courier company. I've read the reviews they all say imile is terrible. Why does shein still use them

Never trust or recommend this courier company lost to many packages to be mentioned over different deliveries. Very untrustworthy and there tracking system does not identify the package numbers all false and misleading information.

Absolutely crap after courier service. Don't deliver to address. Dump parcels in area open to public passing by. Absolutely impossible to contact and emails not accepted. After 3 days someone found my missing parcel opened and dumped and was kind enough to bring it to me. Have suggested Temu finds a more reliable courier.

I thought I'd seen it all, but this company has excelled in being the worst delivery/courier service, probably in the world. Its a shame I was forced to even give it one star, it deserves none.

A $300 package left in front of the front gate. I step away for anyone walking past on the sidewalk for anyone wanting to steal it. Every other courier drops these items near the front door, only 10 steps away but with no line of sight from the street.

Lies and failure
iMile:
• sent me an email on Sunday February 22, telling me to expect delivery by Tuesday February 24
• then said it would deliver on Thursday February 26
• then said it would deliver on Friday February 27
In the end the package was never delivered.
Twice iMile claimed it tried to deliver the parcel to my work address (clearly identified by a business name) outside work hours – once on the evening of Monday February 23 and once on Sunday March 1. I find this suspicious. Why would it do this twice and why did it never attempt delivery during work hours?
iMile’s Chat service gave no answers, just obfuscation.

I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with imile . My package has been in their system since Jan 29, and despite multiple delivery attempts, it has still not been delivered.
The tracking updates are confusing and misleading. I have repeatedly tried to contact them for redelivery or clarification, but I received no correct response. Promises made by their agents were never followed, and the customer service was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional.

I am extremely disappointed with the terrible service provided by this courier company. I have been following up for months regarding my parcel, with multiple emails and reminders, yet there has been no proper resolution.
After several email exchanges, it became clear that the parcel was actually delivered to the wrong address. Despite this clear mistake on the courier’s part, the company has been acting as if they do not understand the issue. Instead of investigating the error and correcting it, they simply keep closing the case without resolving the problem.
This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. A courier company’s basic responsibility is to ensure that parcels are delivered to the correct recipient and, if a mistake occurs, to take ownership and resolve it promptly. Unfortunately, this company has shown no willingness to do either.

Urgent delivery expedited the same day
Needed a last minute purchase delivered urgently for a function. It was scheduled for delivery within a 3 day window. After phoning and explaining my situation, the package was delivered on the same day.

Imile couriers - worst company ever dealt with
They have handled 4 parcels and I never received any of them. They are absolutely useless. I don’t have 1 positive thing to say about them. I don’t have issues with any other courier company delivering my parcels. The customer service is useless. They claim attempted deliveries that never happen. They tell you a supervisor will call you back - never happens. They tell you driver will contact you on arrival- never happens. Every single time they make no attempt to deliver & then send by parcel back to sender. I will no longer order from any company that uses them.
