Worst logistics company

If there was a zero star rating I would give it that.
They simply have to deposit the parcel at the door. They either walk on the flower beds or just throw the parcel at the door. Here is the video I made of the most recent delivery: In You Tube search for "imile: Poor service, unprofessional delivery". Trustpilot does not allow links.

The sh*ttiest delivery company ever

The sh*ttiest delivery company ever. They had my parcel on board for delivery 3 times, and it never got delivered. It was in my area a whole month, but there was also nowhere where I could pick it up (they didn’t tell me). In the end they just sent it back although they already had it in the delivery van 3 times. And I know for sure that it wasn’t an address issue because they managed to deliver one part of the same order. The customer service is useless. Unfortunately, I can’t choose the courier when ordering, the seller chooses them. Just disappointing.
This is the second time that they failed to deliver a parcel to me.

Someone could’ve stolen it.

I was on my way to work so I wasn’t at home when my package arrived. They sent me a picture and I finally checked it when I arrived at my work. THEY JUST LEFT THE PACKAGE IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT DOOR ENTRANCE. I immediately called my dad and he came and picked it up, but it took him an hour. I was lucky, someone could’ve stolen it, especially since I live near a Highschool.

Ignorant, rude and arrogant

The delivery driver came to our door and asked if he could "leave the package in our lift as he was busy". I asked him to come to the door instead and buzzed him in. He didn´t come in and just left. We then received a notification that we had "refused delivery". Atrocious customer service.

If there was a negative star rating I…

If there was a negative star rating I would give this company that rating. A lady by the name of Lebohang Moleko attempted to deliver my parcel on Saturday. She was extremely rude on the phone, says I'm outside your house come and fetch your parcel. When I look at the picture it's not not my house. Then she sends a message and says I'm going and drives away? Needless to say the parcel wasn't delivered

I wish I could give a zero instead of…

I wish I could give a zero instead of one star. The last five packages we have ordered were supposed to be delivered by imile. On each delivery it said courier attempted to call and no answer so it was returned. They never called on any of the five packages. After calling customer service they cant resolve the issue. This company should be investigated.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with…

Extremely Disappointing Experience with the Courier Imile.
I recently had a frustrating experience with Imile that I feel compelled to share. I ordered a parcel through their service, and unfortunately, it has not been delivered as promised.
Despite receiving a notification indicating that my parcel had been delivered, I was not at home at the time, and it certainly was not left at my address. After checking my mailbox multiple times and speaking with my neighbors, I can confirm that the package is nowhere to be found.
What made this situation even more infuriating is the utter lack of support from the company. When I attempted to contact customer service, I was met with an automated system that provided no real answers or assistance. It's incredibly frustrating to communicate with a robot when you are trying to resolve a serious issue. I reached out to the retailer ( Fittabella) as well, but they seemed indifferent to my problem, leaving me feeling abandoned and helpless.
Overall, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I expected better service, especially when it comes to the delivery of purchased items. I would caution anyone considering using Imile —you might want to look elsewhere if you value reliable service and customer support.
I hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation.

Extremely poor and unreliable service the worst’s service ever

Extremely poor and unreliable service. My package has been delayed for 5 days and I still have not received it. This was an important delivery, and the delay has caused serious inconvenience. Despite the extended delay, there has been no clear explanation, no accountability, and no proper communication from the company.

This level of service is unacceptable. I expected professionalism and reliability, but unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I would strongly advise others to reconsider using this courier.

I would like to give a negative 10 for the service. Very disappointed.

Literally the worse

Literally the worse logistic company I’ve ever had the misfortune to have a package delivered by. They failed to delivery 3 times due to “no safe place”. I even scheduled delivery for a specific date and it didn’t get delivered for another 3 days. And they left it right by my front gate… the most unsafe place they could have left it. What an absolute joke.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Business place open and on two occasions marked as "attempted to deliver... shop closure". In between the first attempt I requested warehouse pickup in which they said 1-2 days I will receive instructions. On day 3 they redelivered instead "on the way with driver" at which point that would have been fine. Then I receive an unable to deliver because business closure. We were definitely open. No attempts of delivery made (checked CCTV too). Now I asked to be called back the same day by someone who can give me answers, and no call back or answers.

I booked for a Shein reverse order and…

I booked for a Shein reverse order and for 12 days they did not call or come to pick up the consignment. I tried reaching out, calling, sent 2 emails but to no avail. 13th day they called and promised to come the following day. That was the last i heard from them.. The 14 days allowed by Shein are over and now i have to pay for the stuff that i wanted to return. No apology no word from them. Very unprofessional, no business ethics.

The Most useless courier service ever

The Most useless courier service ever. The delivery address is a business opens 8 am - 8 pm everyday.
On the first delivery attempt they said it went back to warehouse due to an accident.
After 5 days of tracking, the second attempt, it says failed to deliver due to accident.
Third attempt failed to deliver @5:30 pm. No additional information provided on this.
Fourth attempt failed to deliver @8:30 pm. who delivers at that time to a business address.
Fifth attempt - accident again.
at this time I contacted the customer service via email and they said, they schedules it for the next day. I did not receive it.
I went to Whatsapp support and they re-confirm the address, business hours and where to deliver and said they will deliver the next day. Still no show.
one day after the whatsapp support, the tracking said, unable to deliver, return to sender.
What a joke.
I have been working for this business for last 14 years and receives parcels at least once a week. But never seen any one worst like this.
There is no option for zero star otherwise I would have given zero.
If any business uses this courier for their delivery I will stop purchasing from them.
