I was absolutely fascinated with the service. I was need translation from Russian into Ukrainian for an appointment in embassy and find out it in last moment. The translation was done like promised in 24 hrs and despite it had a mistake it was fixed immediately and I had e-copy on hand in an hour and handwritten copy the next day via mail. I still can’t believe it was possible. I appreciate everyone very much and suggest the service to anyone who needs it.

Not ok for this price
Our translation is now all done. In the end we had 40 pages, and we paid $1000. The translations we have are ok now, and we approved all of them. But I have to say, we were not impressed. We really expected more for this price. We asked for a translation for Canada Immigration. None of the documents used the Canadian spelling, and many commas were missing. This could have been fixed easily if a good spell checker had been used. Sadly, that was then my job.
Then in some documents there have been terms already in English, like the job description "Head Technology". These terms were then translated from English to German, which makes no sens at all and strongly suggests the use of machine translation. I am fully ok with the use of machine translation, but for $1000 I expect a human being to do the proofreading afterwards.
Then a whole page was missing the first time around. And after the change requests a whole document was missing while another one was there twice.
Again, the translations we now got are ok and all of our requests got answered in a timely manner. But with the back and forth it took a lot longer than expected, and we had to spend quite some time to got through the documents and find all the errors, check again, ask for further adjustments and so on.
