I tried to purchase on their website. After getting to the "Buy" link, the website just returns to the same page. Their support just jerked me around with trying different browsers, Firefox, Edge, Chrome. No difference, same behavior on a mobile device. How do they sell anything??

Software worked great!!
Bought a Galaxy Tablet online. The guy didnt log out of his accounts and the tablet wouldn't work. Used this software with a programming cable and was able to completely factory reset the device! This software works great and is supper easy to use

Only got 1 star because 0 wasn't a choice. Software didn't help me AT ALL, which was bad enough, but on top of that, I can't even get a refund because it not working for me was not "software related". Then I was offered a 30% refund as a show of good faith, but never even got THAT. So, so much for "faith".
I needed it for a generic Qukenk/Zonko Android 14 tablet which the current version doesn't support. And now, after all of this, if it ever advances to support generic tablets, I don't see any reason to trust iMobie for the software.
DO NOT waste your time, or especially money, on this product!!!
