First of all, the DEAL!!!! I was able to purchase Full Tool Box for $60 and honestly if you can't get the deal but can afford the regular price (probably suited best for newest, newer models with higher value) absolutely worth every penny! It was simple to download, simple to use and I am technologically illiterate! I have driven myself crazy trying to unlock my daughter's set of devices from 5 years ago. Neither of us could remember the passcodes or apple I.D.'s on her XR and IPad mini and wanted to trade them in to get her the new 17 Pro Max. One hour after downloading and purchasing her devices are unlocked and brand new! You will lose data but fortunately she had backed up her photos and such to her computer before she switched phones and Apple ID. Amazing!

I purchased the iMobie DroidKit to unlock a Samsung phone
I purchased the iMobie DroidKit for Windows - Screen Unlocker to unlock my Android phone. Before the purchase I tried to open the phone with the forgotten pattern. it locked and I would have to wait 4 hours. I installed the DroidKit on my computer and tried to unlock the phone. I tried the unlock software and all it would let me do is a factory reset. I reached out to the iMobie team and asked for help. They sent me excellent suggestions and alternatives. Since I had not made a backup, all that could be done was a factory reset. Since this could be done by the phone itself, I asked for a refund and received it within 24 hours. Excellent after sales service and customer service.

I purchased Focusee in August, their pricing models change and I lost access to the 2 seats that came with my initial sign up. I emailed the team with details of my situation and they quickly responded to provide a solution
Focusee was great in it's 1.0 era and I'm excited for the new updates.

I was pleasantly surprised how - Focusee - feels effortless to use, like plug-and-play. One issue for me is that the generated files tend to be pretty big. Support was quick to help. So, overall it gets the basics just right.

iMobile Any unlock , wont unlock any. (some maybe)
I bought the iMobile transfer software so the back up of my iPhone, Macbook plus my wifes, on a partitioned SSD drive would be easier than the dismal native apple. For this the software worked, but there was a older password protected back up that I could not access due to the password. The pop up add saying to buy "Anyunlock" to get access to that back uop was a great marketing idea, and I should have known better and it is my fault for falling into a marketing trap like that. After purchasing and running multiply configurations, (for long periods of time) Anylock finally tells me that it cant do the job. As this was the only job I needed the software for, I will be cancelling my subscription.

However, the success of AnyUnlock depends on the complexity of the password, so we cannot guarantee a 100% recovery rate.
