Been a customer of theirs for several years. This year Josh has totally ghosted us. Will not answer emails or return voice messages. We just don’t understand this behavior. Josh should have had the courtesy to advise us that he no longer wanted us as customers.
We received a proposal from iMOW Carolinas to have a fence installed. In the proposal it stated we had a 1 year warranty. We had Josh Sutton return multiple times to fix one of the gate. Eventually we had to call him regarding one of the other gates that had come out of alignment. He came down, took a look and requested an additional $85.00 to fix the $4000 fence he hd installed. He stated the fenced had been messed with by someone and that it wouldn't be covered. Why would I fix a fence that has a warranty? He stated it had been messed with and that is when I offered to let him view the security system on our house to see no one had tried to fix the fence. As far as I am concerned this is a "SHAKEDOWN" for more money by a very dishonest company that I would recommend to anyone.
