IPS Design Studio disappeared on me after taking my products!
IPS (Impact Photography Studio) Design Studio claims to be the best photography studio in China.
I had one project done with them with an O-K result.
I ended up having to replace all of their images with another design studio.
I decided to give them another chance with my second project.
As usual, they asked me to send my products to their warehouse first. This time they even asked for two of my products instead of one.
Charged me the fees, then 'initiated design'.
Every week or so I followed up to check on the progress as it's only supposed to take a week, to which they responded 'We will give you the design within this week'.
This same response was given to me EVERY week, until 1 month later when they messaged me in the middle of the night saying 'Sorry we cannot delivery your project.' and THAT'S IT!
No solution, no workarounds, no offer to reimburse or return my products.
Now they won't return my emails or any of my messages.
I left message to their 'supervisor' on whatsapp and Skype, ignored.
I left private message via their facebook page, email, all ignored.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Avoid at all cost!
