unerwartet langer Lieferzeit

Ich schließe mich der anderen Bewertung an.
Die Firma verkauft Tanktops und schaltet Werbung auf Meta. Die Webseite vermittelt den Eindruck, dass die Ware aus Europa geliefert wird mit einer Lieferzeit von 5-8 Tagen. Die Ware kommt jedoch aus China. Nach aktuell 2 Wochen kam eine Email mit dem Satz: "Bei den Paketdiensten ist gerade viel Volumen unterwegs, dadurch kann es bei einzelnen Sendungen ein paar Tage länger dauern als sonst. Dein Paket ist auf dem Weg und kommt bald bei dir an." Laut Trackinginfo ist die Ware aber noch in China. Lustiger Verein, bin gespannt, ob und wann da was kommt.

Tanktops aus China mit langer Lieferzeit

Die Firma verkauft ausschließlich Tanktops und schaltet Werbung auf Facebook. Die Webseite vermittelt den Eindruck, dass die Ware aus Europa geliefert wird: Adresse in Frankreich, "Lieferzeit: 5-8 Tage", Versand für 4,90 Euro per DHL. Nach Kauf wird die Ware aus China losgeschickt mit mindestens 4 Wochen Lieferzeit. Erstattung bei Nichtgefallen oder Wiederruf: Erst nach Rücksendung zum Verkäufer auf eigene Kosten.
