I paid $15,000 for a program promising "20 clients in 180 days" with a performance-based money-back guarantee. The strategies turned out to be outdated and ineffective, so I stopped implementing them and requested a refund.

They denied the refund on the grounds that I hadn't met the implementation criteria — a catch-22 where you have to fully execute a program you've already determined doesn't work in order to qualify for the guarantee that's supposed to protect you if it doesn't work.

Every email was polite but led nowhere. If you're considering this program, read the refund criteria very carefully before signing. The guarantee is structured to be nearly impossible to qualify for.

I joined the program a month ago. What I’ve learned since then is mind-blowing.

I had a business that was bringing in around €20,000 a month by selling an info product plus coaching. No processes, everything done manually, with no idea what would happen each month—whether we’d stay afloat or slowly start to decline...

I’ll say it again. One month.

Now I have a clear understanding of the metrics my business needs to grow, the processes, and the structures.

We have an advertising funnel where we invest less than €1,000 a week, with a profit of over €10,000 in the last two weeks. It’s time to scale it up.

The level of detail in the training is out of this world, not to mention the human touch and the coaches’ dedication to each subject (offer, sales, marketing, ads, etc.)

Anyway, this sounds more like a sales pitch than a review. Sorry, but I feel like I’ve stumbled upon a gold mine and I still have a lot left to exploit.

I came into this as a developer without any sales skills or any idea on how to run a business, I was worried I wouldn't be able to figure it out. Then Kyle comes and completely changes everything, he's already taught me so much about how to sell, position offers, and how to make a sustainable and profitable business.

So I'm about a month into the program. Charlie's knowledge about building and scaling businesses is genuinely incredible, both on the business side and the personal development side. This isn't a quick money scheme. Nobody promises you'll succeed without work. Quite the opposite - you'll grind hard, and that's the point. The goal is to build a real foundation for your business, so you can grow and sustain it on your own without depending on anyone.

The program finally pushed me to start cold calling. For context - I'm a software developer and calling a stranger on the phone used to paralyze me. Through the structure of the program and the accountability from Devan, I went from being unable to dial a single number to 7 consecutive work days of cold calling. That's a breakthrough I couldn't achieve on my own in the past year and a half.

Devan specifically has been amazing - his tips are on point, his accountability keeps us moving, and his ability to identify the real problem behind what I'm saying (like spotting that my issue isn't just volume but emotional state management) has already changed how I approach calls.

And the cherry on top are the coaching calls, where you can come in with actual data, show your problems, and get concrete support from specialists in different areas of business.

The daily coaching support as well has been phenominal. There's daily coaching calls in any specific field you might have including sales, cold calls, cold email, etc etc.

Jameel especially has given out some AMAZING cold call advice.

Overall it's insane how much information and value is packed into everything Imperium. Highly recommend it to anyone new or experienced in online business. Doesn't matter what stage you are as long as you are hungry for results.

Purchased it for £9,600 in January of 2025 under the premise of a guarantee of 20 clients in 6 months because of the YouTube advertisement at the time as well as the salesperson on the call repeatedly pushing the ‘worst case scenario’ would be a refund if the guarantee is not achieved, including an extra $5000 on top of the refund. Showing the conditions at the moment of signing the contract, brushing over the 500 messages per day through multiple avenues and being told that I will be taught the systems that will help with implementing it, not explaining the full reality of the task.

They have an approach of selling on the first call and pushing your pain points to invoke emotions of shame/guilt to push you over the line as they outline in the course themselves. Unfortunately, many of us are in the position of struggling to build a business, so many of us feel these emotions deeply and are open to exploitation. They claim to do so in your interest because the course will change your life, which it certainly has for people but the issue is others don’t because the reality of what is on offer is not clearly communicated and may not suit you.

So if your scheduled a sales call be wary of this approach and don’t open yourself to that, because if they don’t sell it you on this call they will try to get a refundable deposit out of you.

So you must understand that taking your time with these sort of decisions is really important and even if they scheduled another call for another time they will be on your case a lot, expect repeated emails.

Cons:

Misleading sales push gets you into buying the programme. Which is deliberate, because they believe in its in your interests anyway if you watch the course content.

Requires an incredible amount of time and effort which really isn’t explained before purchasing the product in order to meat the guarantee.

Not told the significance of the costs just to implement the use of so many tools to meet the requirements for the guarantees, so many subscriptions and having to use different avenues for outreach and messaging 500 people every day after 8 weeks, which requires hundreds of dollars a month on top of what you have already purchased, which again is not clearly communicated.

Encourages a very heavy/pushy cold outreach approach 7/8 cold follow ups, understanding that you can harm others from the excessive persistence forcing you to be a nuisance to others, multiple people on the programme get their social media out reach accounts banned because of this.

Encouraged to almost lie at times, advertising on pay as results when you are not selling on results, buying fake followers to build your social media profiles for outreach in the beginning to boost your profile.

Encouraged to leverage cognitive biases of clients or deliberately bringing out pain in individuals to get them in a state where they feel they must purchase (Although for full fairness it is emphasised that you ensure you are selling them something that is of genuine value) but realistically people will adopt this whether they offer genuine value or not to the person they are selling too.

Pros:

An abundance of quality long form videos and topics, well thought out with resources attached with each video to help with breaking them down.

The modules are very informative whether it’s a breakdown of how to use the software for various outreach methods like their cold email system or the mindset modules.

Quality Q&A calls there to address any issues you have with patient hosts.

Nice, welcoming community (admins and fellow programme users on Skool) who are willing to help you, available and quick to respond.

The course also gets updated with new modules & updates on current ones but sometimes the promised date of release isn’t met.

Personal reflections:

Very difficult to implement if you are on your own and just starting out, especially if you are not fully decided on what sort of agency/business you want to start. And if after purchasing you don’t have more money to implement the systems which require a large amount of monthly subscriptions which add up.

I would advise that if you’re in a similar position just focus on outreach in a mannered way, stay consistent build yourself up with free online resources and use AI to help build your scripts and get yourself to a point where you generate strong consistent income before considering these expensive programmes.

Overall:

A bitter taste will always be left in your mouth if your sold something which is not what was advertised to you even if some quality is there, especially with such a grand promise for a very expensive course with a limited access time.

The real question to ask is what percentage of people who pay for this programme actually achieve 20 clients in 6 months, or even any clients?

I have learned an insane amount. The mindset module alone is mind-blowing and genuinely transformative — it touches on points that other programs, like Sam Ovens', simply don't address. I love Sam's work, but following that approach too rigidly actually led me to a burnout episode from being overly disciplined. Charlie's module covers recovery, which in my experience is one of the most overlooked and important aspects of building a sustainable business.
I recently launched my marketing agency and have already closed more than 5 clients by applying the techniques from this program. Will definitely be purchasing Easy Growth in the future.

I went from 0 members to 61 members in one month, and in the meantime, I have 1 coaching client and 1 potential client who is interested in being coached.
