Excellent customer service from Ryan & Frank @ IMS

I am currently an inpatient at Farnham Road NHS Hospital in Guildford Surrey, Victoria Ward.

Some of the HCA (Health Care Assistants) are provided by IMS , Immediate Medical Solutions. Ryan and Frank have given me EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Before retiring, I was responsible for IT Sytems in England, France, and Germany... I would hire these guys without hesitation, 100%.

They instinctively KNOW what the customer (patient) wants and NEEDS. Give them both a favourable pay review before you lose them, is my suggestion to their line manager.
