The hair is the BEST hair I've ever had ( and I've tried a lot!) and would never go anywhere else!!
The staff are absolutely amazing and make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door.
The hair lasts me over a year as I follow all the aftercare instructions and use the products that are conveniently available in the shop

Laura made me feel so reassured and was extremely professional when helping me decide which hair extensions I wanted and doing my colour match.
The service was quick and easy and I left the shop feeling completely reassured.
Amy who fitted my new hair was amazing and although I was nervous made me feel so at ease.
Once my fitting was complete I felt amazing and absolutely adore my new hair.
10/10 Service from start to finish.
Highly recommend and gorgeous girls who made me feel so at ease throughout.

writing this review as a 16-year-old girl who has extensions this is my fourth time having them and my first time buying from I’m so pretty I never write reviews. This is my first ever one but hoping I can help someone else like I wish I would’ve had.
i was obsessed with this hair when it came was so excited to get it had a negative experience at the beginning as it said next day delivery and took around three weeks to come apparently they ran out of stock and had to re-order some that’s why there was a wait however I receive no message to inform me of that I had to reach out myself.
I’ve had the hair for three months now almost 4 and I’ve had such a negative experience. It definitely is not 100% human hair. It feels synthetic at the beginning. It was so long. I got 22 inch and after four months I’d say it’s now 18 inch. i’m extremely disappointed as I did a lot of research around the brand and thought I chosen one that would last me a while and now I’m currently already looking at buying some new ones.
i’ve invested in sulphate and silicon free shampoo and conditioner are use an expensive high-end one to ensure my extensions are healthy. I use the correct after-care steps especially the ones I got in my package with. I’m so pretty where it gives you guidance on how to treat the hair and I’ve still not received a good result and I’m not satisfied with the hair. It gets really knotty it’s hard to dry and so naughty and hard to brush through when it’s wet so much shedding.
 concluding I just really wouldn’t recommend.

However, we do only recommend using Pretty Aftercare products, as they are specifically formulated to maintain the quality, texture, and lifespan of our extensions. Use of alternative products, regardless of brand or price point, can impact the performance of the hair, including dryness, matting, and shedding.
Based on your comments, it is likely that aftercare may have affected the condition of the extensions over time. That said, we are happy to review this further.

10/10 hair and customer service
I have been coming to Laura for my hair now for over a year. I travel over 2 hours every 6 weeks for my refit and i would travel 20 hours if i had to! The customer service here is 10/10, Laura and the team and so welcoming every time i visit, nothing is too much for them. I’ve had the hair now for over a year and it is still brand new, the quality is next level. Zoe is always so accomodating and friendly when i’m in the store and they always go above and beyond for me.
I leave the store after every visit feelings like a queen with hair goals!!
I would 100% reccomend visiting Im so pretty, you will not be disappointed. The condition of my hair since having my hair fitted here is unreal, my hair is so thick and healthy and grows out perfect.

My friend recommended me to Laura and I am so thankful she did . From when I step into the shop to when I leave Laura and the team make me feel so confident and are there not just as a stylist and fitter but as someone you feel you can trust to talk to . I’ve had hair extensions for over 10 years and I’ve never had them fitted as good as they do here at I’m so pretty . It’s so flat to my head , so comfortable and unoticable . I wear la weave and no matter what I always had a little bit pop through at the top . Now I can wear my extensions with confidence that the weave will not show . The hair is really good quality and Laura knows her stuff on all things extensions . I’ve found out even more about them and how to care for them . My hairs never looked so good . Good for about 6 months
Best quality extensions to begin with, I’ve had mine in for about 6ish months and the past month or so I’ve noticed the length really deteriorating. I started with 26” and I’d say I’m at maybe 22” now so not overly impressed and happy with the loss of length considering the hair is not cheap. Very disappointing as they were amazing up until this point and was very keen to re purchase. I’ve followed all the correct aftercare as I do with all my extensions and rarely use heat so not sure what the issue is but slightly upsetting.

Cant fault the girls in the shop for anything they are lovely and always give you a warm welcome. There customer service is brilliant and they will go above and beyond to help you where they can. The hair itself is nice but it says 10% off and I never got it when I went in store. The lady selling the hair wasn’t showing good customer service and we couldn’t wait to leave. Wouldn’t go back, nor would I recommend, I’d buy online and avoid the shop and get talked into products you don’t need
