I purchased several cell phone accessories for 7-day ground shipping, after 14 days I attempted to contact inaisle, no response 3 days later attempted to contact them again, no response. I looked up this company on the internet and found a lot of complaints about them, I only wish I had checked first before buying. I paid using paypal (thank goodness) so I contacted paypal and filed a complaint, I also filed a complaint with the BBB. It has now been 6 weeks since I placed my order I have not received it, I have not been contacted by Inaisle, Inaisle has not responded to the BBB or to paypal. Paypal is now ready to issue me a refund for the amount I paid Inaisle. Horrible experience lousy, no good company who obviously don't care about a lot of their customers. Buyer beware, be very careful when dealing with this company, if at all possible do not buy from them, find a company with a better reputation.
