Don't do it!

It was very easy to deposit funds for them to invest. It was VERY VERY hard to withdraw when I wanted out.
Awful service. Awful platform.

I have using it for just a few months

I have using it for just a few months. Transfers are just fine both in and out. I believe is for long term investment.

My review is about customer service and…

My review is about customer service and webpage . First , the system should not allow a new customer to invest without an approval of his docs ( see ETFmatic system ) .
Regarding the customer service, it's quite confusing . I was contacted very fast , but when I replied ( several times ) with my problem , I didn't get any answer. Then , after 5 days I was contacted by a different person who said that I will get my money back immediately. That was 7 days ago . I'm still waiting . 3 stars comes from other positive recommendations . By me would be less.

Regarding the operation of accounts for Non-Residents in Spain, as our team already told you, we cannot offer the Indexed Funds service, but rather ETFs; We do not provide cash transfer instructions for these types of ETF accounts until the documents are approved.
We take note of your comment related to our Customer Service team; By the time we are in, the person who originally treated you may be on vacation right now. In any case, we can confirm that we have no record of the emails you comment (the last one we have is the one in which we inform you that it is not possible to provide you with the Indexed Funds service due to being a Non-Resident).
Finally, today the return of your contribution will be ordered to the account from which it was sent to us.

We remain at your disposal for any further clarification.

Inbestme is like autopilot for investing my money

Inbestme is like autopilot for investments. It takes care of carefully investing my money such that I have optimal returns with the lowest risk. The money is safe and secured by the national funds for deposit and regulated. I had to few times contact the team via email to obtain more information and they respond very quickly.
