Absolutely hate this bank. They were great 10 years ago, but now have insanely long wait times, rude clerks, and terrible conversion rates.

I have Business and Personal accounts with them. The business services are particularly bad--and they keep moving my account manager to different branches which are located FAR away. Can't get anything done online or in person.

But I have yet to find a better alternative, so am stuck with them even though I hate this bank.

Online platform: very user-unfriendly, outdated, difficult to navigate, English translation isn't great. Account balance, movements, and same day movements are all in different places! Hard to retrieve necessary account statements, etc. etc. Monthly account statements become available only about a week after the month's end (sometimes balances are shown incorrectly or for the wrong dates, as back-dated bookings of fees appear).
Generally, very expensive for higher transfer amounts outside EU. Poor customer support. It may take several days just to reach your account manager, and in the end it probably won't help anyway.
