Outstanding efficient cost effective and excellent service and good customer service

Pre booked my appointment, friendly advise i took my Audi Q8 for twin rear entertainment tablets to be install and wireless car play. Staff are freindly and welcoming and allowed me to stay whilst they did the install which too about 3 hours do. Overall very happy with the quality of service and they took good care of my car whilst working on it. Highly recommended and convenient outside parking infront of premises. They also have a large rangle of in stock items on display.

One thing normally noticeable with many service providers is they grab any opportunity to take your notes, the times I’ve been to In Car, the owner always gave me advice on how I could save money whilst still getting what I wanted.

I dropped of the car in one morning and by early afternoon the car was ready for collection with a new alarm system. Well recommended, you're in safe hands here. In Car Music did an excellent job installing a reverse camera and connected the dashcam to a wireless carplay smart box. Very friendly team and helpful team and they were able to fit me in at short notice.

I discovered that In Car music sold a CD player which plugs into the car usb port (something the man in Currys told me does not exist) but they only work with certain makes & models. I sent an enquiry about compatibility. I received an answer straight away (fortunately it is compatible with my partner's car - he has an extensive collection of CDs which he still wants to play without having to download onto usb sticks). I placed my order, which was filled within days (even in the run up to Christmas) & my partner is delighted.
So, I thoroughly recommend the product, the service was first class & I am delighted with my purchase.

Very bed and unprofessional work and attitude. After asking for the install of a DSP amp speaker upgrade notice that proper power supply wasn’t installed as stated by manufactures then after bad tweeter frequency in checking notice that passive crossovers had not been installed as required to protect tweeter popping and blowing.. Unbelievable I WOULD SERIOUSLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
