It was a simple process with amazingly helpful and competent people!

It was an amazingly simple process. I started with the Chat. Within a minute, I had a phone number to call. Josie Oldham answered right away, asked me about my goals, then determined I needed to speak with Cooper Smith.

Josie was cheerful, competent, and encouraging. She was enthusiastic about listening to my situation and then connecting me to Cooper to complete the process of applying for my nonprofit status.

My next connection was with Cooper Smith. He was equally cheerful, encouraging, and competent. I am amazed that they could make this process so easy for me. I had been looking for an attorney who could help us through this process. I expected it to be arduous and expensive.

This is customer service beyond anything I have experienced in a very long time! I feel like Cooper and others at inc Authority will be our most trusted partner in creating and growing our nonprofit.

Stellar service from Inc Authority…

I contacted Inc Authority for assistance in helping set up a non-profit as a legacy to my father (a WWII vet) who passed away July 7. Josie Oldham could not have been more helpful. With all the other paperwork I am having to do for the funeral and estate, Josie made this so simple and took off a huge weight from me in getting this done correctly and quickly, and I could not be more appreciative. Not only for her quick service, but also for her compassion and patience as we worked through this on the phone. Thanks Josie, I am forever grateful!
