Was worried when ordering due to the other negative reviews. Can't comment on the staff as I ordered online, but my order was processed promptly and delivered on time.

Inhospitable and rude staff.

I’ve shopped in this store for quite a while now and always dismissed the rudeness of the staff, puttting it down to an attempt at humour but I’m getting the impresssion now I was wrong. The store owner openly told me I wasn’t able to buy something because I wasn’t a ‘player’, adding I should turn up to their events if I wanted to buy from them.

Miserable and unhelpful staff. The only reason I ever step foot there is if I have no other choice and want to buy something that day.

I had a great experience with IncomGaming! The delivery was super quick, and they kept me updated the whole time, which was really reassuring. Their prices are amazing, and you can tell they’re a trustworthy company. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend!

Be careful if ordering a game supplement/book on it's own as Incom just send this in a bubble wrap envelope and was damaged as result (would be better if you ordered multiple items, so they could be put inside a box or similar).

I ordered a supplement and it turned up looking like worse for wear with both bottom corners scuffed.

To be fair, Incom did refund postage, so thank you - but please Incom, when posting people's books, don't just send in a bubble wrap envelope, it does not protect against postal damage whatsoever.

Awful company. Selected to ship but went to store instead. Got this response:
It’s a fault within PayPal. This does not mean we have to cover shipping costs because you could not be bothered to check your order fully before completing the payment. We have lots of customers using PayPal at checkout, and a very small minority encounter the issue you have had. 99% check their order fully and this is not an issue. You, like so many people saw FREE or £0.00 and though great, winner.

Purchased a top of the line Infinity airbrush online on Tuesday and it arrived today, only two days later. A lot of companies wouldn’t have even packaged it in that timescale. I also received a few items of bonus merchandise which was an unexpected bonus.
The airbrush was factory sealed and arrived well packed and obviously in mint condition.
I would happily use the company again.

Model arrived as advertised and very well packaged; very prompt dispatch. I was also impressed that multiple items were packaged and sent together as one shipment. Will use Incom Gaming again.

A very welcoming atmosphere, a quaint shop mixed with a great bar and of course and excellent area for games galore!

Fantastic venue. Middle of town and situated in a lovely pub. The venue boasts numerous tables and an entire store room of gaming scenery covering everything from fantasy to futuristic and non-fiction settings not to mention a large selection of 6x4 and 4x4 high quality gaming mats to put it all on. The shop is well stocked with models and numerous gaming systems a lot of which are provided as demo sets aswell so one can dabble in other games, a sort of try before you buy! Incom also have a huge selection of modelling tools and paints from different brands and a bargain bin! The owner is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the games he provides and it is always a pleasure visiting, if you can't find what you are looking for he probably can!

Never had a bad experience with this shop. Always running events and relaxed fun atmosphere. I even take my children there on a weekend to play the board games they have on hand.
