Website is problematic still
Your website very often fails to operate correctly - esp on the going to payment part. This is concerning and I have had to phone an order through a few times. It all mean the process of ordering takes far longer than it should.
Product, price and delivery are fine but if I have same problem next time I will go elsewhere

Easy to order and delivered promptly
When my dad, aged 91, first need continence pants I used to buy them weekly from the supermarket, it cost a fortune and was so inconvenient.
I was recommended Incontinenece Supermarket by my dad’s social worker and have been very happy with it: ordering online is easy, delivery is quick and the cost is reasonable.
