The Incredimail is the Best Email…

The IncrediMail is the Best Email software that I ever used. The price is low, but the service is good. Certainly, it has some more spaces to improve to better. I am sad to see IncrediMail shut down.!!

Incredimail IS closing March 20…

Incredimail IS closing March 20 2020..... you will need to find another client.

they sent out emails recently.

I tried to renew 2 months ago when my IM Plus expired and it took me to an IM "oops" page.. that is when I started to get suspicious.

feb 28 202o, just got an email telling me incredimail is closing 20 March 2020, cant find anything about it. Is it true, has they been hacked, I sure would like to know if I need a new email program!!!!!

The worse of the worse

The worse of the worse
IncrediMail was the only email program I used for 19 years. In the past 3 years I had nothing but trouble with it and contacting them for help was a waste of time. In the past 6 months the program crashed 3 times. The first 2 times I managed to get it back but found I had lost all my email and address book. From what I can see IncredMail has gone by the way side and can no-longer be downloaded so if you still have it be aware you are about to lose it.

no doubt the program is very good and i have been using it from past 10 years there is no such other program that offer features like incredimail but when it come to support they are not trust worthy they do not provide any support and have to depend on my self, Windows 10 gave me a hard time to configure incredimail, some time i dont get email some time it will not send email funny problems keeps happening in incredimail windows 10 so I found 25dollarsupport.com to fix my issue and im happy now

This was a wonderful product -once upon-a-time.
I have been a faithful advocate for over 20 years.
It saddens me to say it has gone down the gurgular,
Australian for "Had it ! "
I will miss it Looking now for something suitable to replace it.

when Incredimail started up I paid for…

when Incredimail started up I paid for the service. Then they offered ONE price to pay for forever service.. I PAID! Over the years yhey would stop service until I sent copy of contract (one payment for life). I have also PAID for all the GOLD and etc. NOW THEY HAVE CUT ME OFF! and I cannot contact them... always an ERROR! DO NOT TRUST INCREDIMAIL!!!!!!!

Have I been ripped off YES I Have

I have dealt with Incredimail for many years no problem. Then I subscribed to their protection centre which it appears was automatically paid but not automatically renewed. I was unaware of this and as I kept getting notifications that my subription expired so I renewed it myself. Then I found out I had already paid so I contacted Incredimail and told them about duplicate payment. I did get a reply offering to extend it for a further year but as they didn’t get a reply in 4 days they closed the case. It looks like I have been done for the duplicate payment . So BEWARE when dealing with this company

as the subription was not automatically renewed I kept getting messages to renew and as Protection Centre wa disabled I renewed and pai

I am a paid user.

I am a paid user.
In the past they were very serious about helping. Almost immediately.
Now you get an automatic answer, that it is busy and they will come back to you ASAP.

Which never happens...

Crashing all the time. Sorting Folders doesn't work.
(E.g. I have been busy sorting manually folders for hours, only to find out the next day that the Folders were mixed up again)

DO NOT BUY - YOU ARE WARNED !!!

It appears that Incredimail is now a DEAD PRODUCT.
Many of the serious technical problems have NEVER been addressed.
NO SUPPORT whatsoever !!!!!!.
NO response to support requests.
NO product updates.
I advise anyone still using Incredimail should step over to another email system (eg Thunderbird) as soon as possible before you get serious problems that THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!

Not A wise choice terrible support

I have just recently bought the premium version of this software since then it’s been nothing but problems!!
When trying to back up your contacts letters etc is constantly crashes and the recorder only works with jack input only not USB mic's or built in with monitors etc incredimail fail to tell you this on their website.
The so called VIP support is a joke as they take up-to nearly a week to reply and when they do its very short and mostly unhelpful as the solutions is what you have already tried before you contact them. despite several request for full explanations they tell to be patient and that they will deal with only one problem at a time meaning its took over two weeks to answer a few questions that were hopeless.
Do you home work and research into this software before buying as there are plenty of unhappy customer’s out there but incredimail still continue to make this software as each update has issues and flaws more than they care to admit!!! Also you receive hundreds of unwanted emails when you install the free version funny as the spam as now stopped since being a premium user interesting!!
Would never consider in buying this crap if I had knowing the problems I was going to have also the very slow support and in my opinion hopeless in every aspect.
Do you research before buying I wish I had.
