My Favorite Club! The club that changed my life! I've been with InCruises since 02/01/2020, survived the pandemic with him and now I'm surviving the war in my home country! The club gives me the opportunity not only to travel (I have already been on 6 cruises, I took my family, children, parents, friends), thanks to the club I support 3 families, I help my country! Previously I am a civil servant, now I am exclusively traveling! All my cruises are photo and video confirmed! I LOVE InCruises ❤️🫶🏻

The positive reviews are from members before they "conveniently" changed the terms without a new member agreement. This company has turned from a great cruise company where my family and I traveled for half the cost because we were able to fully use 100% of our cruise credits for all of our cruises. We have been members for 5 years, and last year they changed the terms without official notice (besides a webinar) and explained that it was within their rights within the original contract that we signed 5 years ago. They went from us being able to use 100% of our credit toward a cruise (to pay nothing) to using only 50% of our credit that required us to pay half for every cruise — even though we have thousands that we've contributed.

After complaining to support about the new change, I was deceived into thinking that by canceling my membership and converting from 2:1 rewards to 1:1 reward would be most beneficial to me, but the 1:1 rewards (meaning I have $1 for every $1 I put in) can only apply 10-25% of the benefit per cruise. They were not up front about that new rule and I only found out after I canceled my membership and converted my points. This company has turned into an absolute scam and I highly discourage anyone from doing business with them.

I was very clear that I wanted to use 100% of my points and support replied (since you can't call them) that I could use the 1:1 credit them freely — which was a complete and utter lie. Since then (less than 2 weeks ago), I tried to convert my membership back to 2:1, but they are unwilling to make any changes. After so willingly wanting to refund me my last payment and convert my points, they also asked me if I wanted to delete my account (so I would lose my 1:1 points as well) — why would they even ask that if they weren't intentionally trying to lose customers?

The support team is extremely deceptive and the membership terms will change at any given time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have been a member - partner with incruises for 13 months!!! I already went on 3 cruises and can’t wait to go on my 4 th cruise in 13 month!!! Thank you inCruises for making it’s possible for me to travel with 25 % discount, than I became a membership free and traveled with 50 % discount, and only after 13 months I am booking my 4 th cruise for free!!! Thank you incruises for making it possible to travel the world ! We are also were booking hotels in Barcelona, and our price for the hotel after applying points was much better than the lowest price offered on other booking engines ! I am definitely in 100%

be careful inCruises reports in its terms and conditions that it has signs of being a ponzi pyramid scheme

The inCruises model is dependent on several factors that are not controlled by inCruises, including and not limited to our ability to collect Members’ payments in order to pay for outstanding cruise invoices, relationships with booking providers, hotels, resorts and cruise lines that provide favorable terms to inCruises, as well as relationships with banking and finance entities which can impact our ability to collect funds from Members and pay invoices for cruises or hotel/resort stays already booked through our Website. Additionally, laws and regulations can impact this offering and the ability for Members to realize the Benefits of this program.

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. The presentation when you join InCruises sounds wonderful but when you read the constant changing terms of their membership it's a different story. If you do the math you'll find out this is really not a great deal. It's better to put your monthly membership in a savings account and shop cruises directly. You'll come out a lot better. The 1x1 rewards points is a joke because you only get to use a faction of your points. I guess i lost $1700 now and been a member since 2019. There's no customer service that you can talk to and when you chat through their website it feels like an automated AI bot your communicating with. The presentations to join is slick and convincing but please do yourself a favor and run away from this company. I'm very disappointed.

Not a travel agency but a travel MLM scheme that uses a third party booking engine. Support is horrible.

I've been a member partner for 5 months and loving the high potential for travel and also for an income stream! The company has fabulous options, a great savings plan and over 100 000 options to choose from! Very excited to see where my family is in a few short years I am already planning multiple trips per year thanks to Incruises!!

I did my first cruise last year and saved alot since I booked through Incruises. I love that we now also can book hotels. it was a cruise in the Mediterranean . All about it from the booking experience to the cruise was very professional and I felt very safe. We were testet twice on the ship for covid , and it was easy to keep safe distance , and the experience was amazing.
I so look forward to my next cruise-vacation. Loved it all.

Incruises is NOT a reliable travel agency. They are very punctual in withdrawing monthly payments. However, when it comes to actual cruise booking, there is no possibility of doing it all of a sudden. My experience is as follows. I was looking for an NCL cruise for the end of January 2023. At first, there was no possibility of booking until October 17th due to their reservation system update. On October 26th, I tried to book the cruise on their website, but the booking failed for some unknown reasons. The support mentioned that I probably used special characters in my address or probably used the wrong format for a phone number... which I didn't. Mind you, they still withdrew the whole amount of my cruise purchase (approx. 1600 CAD) during the reservation process, which I am still trying to get a refund for. When I tried to book the cruise once again on October 27th, I received the following notification: "Norwegian Cruise Line can temporarily only be booked 125 days into the future. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause". So now there is this sudden change in booking rules which has not been communicated before. Basically, this whole situation ruins my travel plans leaving me with their cruise points that I cannot actually use. I wish I had never started my membership.

I personally liked the company because we had really good couple of experiences on cruises in Gulf and Greek islands. Its system allows to save money and invest in your holidays )

I was using their services twice! i had two cruises. One from Barcelona, another one from Valencia. Was lucky because beause pandemic, two of my trips were canceled, and money were returned !!! so I can definitely say I trust this booking service.
I heard they have recently added to their booking - hotels and resorts? haven't tried yet, but they promise the lowest price on market!

P.S. preparing for my third cruise which will be from Venice 30.10.2022!

I love Incruises as I like to book mini breaks for my family so I use the hotels for now, and paying monthly means that each year I can book something else as the cash/rewards are already there waiting. The staff are very helpful but it is very easy to book anything through their website which I have found is cheaper than anywhere else!
