BRENDA FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

to be honest this is the worst insurance, and the customer service from medicare policies are terrible it looks like they do not train the people, to take calls , because they act like animals no manners, i called today and there's an agent named Brenda, this is the true animal living among us , the lack of customer service is huge , they need to improve that

They still owe me a refund of $861.78 - Terrible Experience Overall - BBB Complaint Filed

I only wanted health insurance for a month and they managed to mess it up while I was driving across the country to LA charging me for multiple months. They also messed up and never gave me the right form for taxes and I got hit with a penalty. I was on the phone with multiple agents and couldn't get all issues resolved since they didn't seem to know what was going on.

They also never submitted the proper form to me at all for my taxes so I got hit with a penalty. Awful company use someone else. They still owe me $861.78.

They ignored the Better Business Bureau who tried to mediate the situation and get me a refund. Not a reputable business.

Top customer service

Top customer service. My issue with Quest had been for months, Independent Health takes all the effort to solve it for me. Staffs are so helpful, efficient, and understanding. Best customer service.
